“"Not Impressed"”
The hotel service was not too good, not clean and smells good, plus was not in a good neighborhood. There were lots of noise during the night and some call girls around the neighborhood.
“"NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL"”
-the room was not ready for us at 3pm, we had to wait on the housekeepers to clean the room and that was after my husband told them we needed it ASAP. -ants on the bathroom counter -musty stinch in the room -tub would not drain/the 2nd day the housekeeper removed the tub stopper so that it would drain. -the folks on the second floor stomped the entire night -partying outside our room most of the night Saturday-could not sleep -we had to ask for a plunger for the toilet on Sunday am as it would not flush. -carpet is dirty, leaky faucets.. we will not be back to this location again and will not refer anyone to stay there.
“scary neighborhood”
I really think some of the other "clients" at this hotel were drug dealers and renting hourly, if you know what I mean. The room we stayed in was just fine, once you shut the door, except for the ants all over the bathroom and its external sink area. My pillowcase was inside out, smelled like hair oil, and there were hairs on the sheets. When I called and asked for a new one, I was questioned and treated with disdain when I had to go to the laundry area to meet the presumed owner for a clean one. We appreciated the fridge and microwave and the size of the room was just fine.
“Highway experience”
Very quiet !!! close to all food places, close to freeways, room are clean the appliances work especially the AC does work. Yes its a older hotel. and the Workers are very polite and very helpful. A Plus there is Hot water to take a shower a nice hot Bath..
“Good Location”
Good Location near to freeway 5 and shopping place but not safe place
“INFESTED.”
INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. A friend and I decided to head down to san diego for spring break and decided to stay here for 2 night. Service was nice, but thats the best I could say about this place. Upon arrival, one of the beds in the room was extremely lacking support, it was literally sagging. The morning of the next day, I found a bedbug in the bathroom, and my friend killed another on the bed (didn't know what they were til we looked up a picture). we had no bites though. Complained to management, and they gave us a new room on the 3rd floor, but upon entering the new room, it was smelly, and it looked like someone just left. (bed sheets were all over, used towels everywhere, etc.) it was horrifying. Decided to tough it out and told management, when we got back from sea world it was cleaned. However, the next morning, I was completely bitten head to toe in fresh bug bites(over 30 in various places). I doubt it was from going to sea world; probably due to bed bugs in the new room. Annoyed, we just left. Yeah its convenient location and ok area, but if you do not want to be a insect buffet, DO NOT STAY HERE. also, even if you complain, they have a NO REFUND policy.
“Not too good”
Needs major upgrades!
“Not That Great”
The neighborhood is not pleasant and the "hotel" itself is actually a motel that rents by the week. Our arrival was greeted by a night window that required the ringing of a doorbell and waiting for someone to come help us, probably asleep in a back room. The room was clean enough but the bedding was was filled with holes. The only pleasant surprise was a mini-fridge and microwave that I hadn't known about so we could put our sodas in the room with us. Overall I've stayed at much nicer places for even less money.
“did what we needed to get a one niter”
hotel manager was great helped, us out with everything we asked for, even made last minute changes for our accomadations, room was clean but very old feeling.
“Will come back to stay soon.”
Good for the price
