pay for parking????

Posted Jul 23, 2014
$30 for self parking!?!?! Really??? The only way I can see that being worth while is if you are going to a Padres game; the stadium is literally across the street. Other than that, $30 a night for parking is just stupid and greedy. You're looking at nearly $100 to park at the hotel you are already paying to stay at if you are there for the weekend. I will never be going back there if I plan on staying more than 1 night. Other than that, the rooms were adequate and the hotel itself was nice. Not worth nearly $300 a night, but I suppose the great location dictates a higher price.

Room Description was deceiving.

Location: Great location, you can walk to the baseball field and Gaslamp.
I was told i had a room with a view of the bridge. We had a view of the rooftop of part of the hotel, along with the large metal window washing thing they go up and down on to wash the windows. That was the only view we had . Was not pleased at all. I could have stayed some place cheaper, that was not 5 star quality.

This hotel was really nice with a great pool and breakfast buffet. But it's the last hotel on the strip so not very accessible to the sea village shops and restaurants. Next door to the convention center though so a good location for that

Centrally located friendly staff.

Went there with my two girls who enjoyed hanging out at the pool. Unfortunately there was a incident in the pool (no fault of the hotel) and they had to shut it down for the day/night. Otherwise we had a nice time.

worst experience ever

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
for a Hilton hotel I expected way more, I have better things to say about a 2 star hotel than me and my kids experience at this place, # 1 you pay 200 $s a night to get no microwave, no fridge, no free wifi you have to pay 12.95 a day? than you have to pay 30$s a day to park or 45$s a day to valet? so than you would think the shower handle and other things in room would atleast be nice and working correctly? the air conditioner only worked half the time. no I would never go back nor would I ever recommend this place unless you love to throw money away
