“Courtesy staff”
Location was not the best but the staff bent over backwards to assist us
“Super Great Deal!”
My family and I travelled to San Diego to visit the Zoo and Seaworld. I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located between both destinations. We took the hotel package which included free parking and breakfast buffet for 2. It was really cozy at the hotel. The lounge/restaurant's happy hour was good and the service was excellent! Internet was provided free of charge to us all (3 rooms) and we were provided with much care (extra towels - plenty of them and toothbrush and paste) when requested. The sponsor brand of toiletries, Peter Thomas Roth had amazing products as well. The hotel is also conveniently located across a Westfield Center with Target, Ross, restaurants, and many more! Overall, highly recommended!!!
“Nice place to stay in SD”
Very nice and cozy place to stay. Nice room with a nice view. The only problem is the parking fee of $16.00 a day. But I will definitely stay here again when I visit SD.
“Not the best but not the worst.”
The hotel staff was friendly and professional. I was caught off guard by the expensive onsite parking (a detail that was NOT disclosed prior to my stay). The immediate surrounding area left a lot to be desired, but it was close to good restaurants and shopping. For the most part, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. It's not the best Hilton I've stayed in but far from the worst. I am not sure that I would stay here again but may suggest to associates/coworkers.
“Not happy”
Our most important criteria are clean, quiet and comfortable. It was clean, until the partyers down the hall threw up and made the hallway torture to traverse. There was no outside noise but again the partyers made it impossible to sleep. The bed is our number one comfort item and I had googled "hotel with most comfortable beds". The bed was like a rock and the pillows were terrible so I will never stay there again when I am in Mission Valley, which will be often.
“Great location”
Great location, central to pretty much everything.
“Too loud next to highway”
While the room was nice, it was facing the highway. All night long, you could hear the traffic.
“I'll Stay Here Again”
This Hotel was a great place to stay. I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very friendly, the room was quite comfortable, and it was in a pretty decent location. I'll be going back.
“Perfect Little Getaway”
I was very please with the level of service that was provided. My room was so comfortable, I didn't even want to leave! San Diego was a beautiful place and staying at the Hilton made it a complete vacation.
“Good but not Impressive ...”
Here parking is paid, and for internet you need to pay 9.95$ / day, so I was held up with no internet at my stay. For internet, paying makes no sense, if I am out for entire day and I just need internet to check daily emails.
