“Over priced parking”

We were unaware that there was a $32 fee for parking per night. We thought that was a little too much. Also after staying the first night our keys no longer worked, which was a little annoying, otherwise everything was fine.

“Classy Hotel”

I had an unfortunate experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent and the service good, but the cash I left to pay the bill was stolen and the meal billed to my room. The hotel manager was so gracious when I brought it to his attention. His only concern was that we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Every one that works there were just great. They went the extra mile to make the stay great. If I could afford it I would go there more often. I would recommend this Hotel to any one that wanted to enjoy their vacation or fun time away from home.

This was our first time to California, and San Diego, specifically. I have always wanted to see San Diego! My husband was apprehensive and did not know what my attraction was to San Diego, I almost went with a girlfriend because of the arguements we have had. This is a 15 year ongoing, "I want to see San Diego!" San Diego is awesome and everything I expected, but the hotel was fabulous!! My husband commented over and over again that I could not have picked a nicer place to stay!! THANK YOU!! We will definately be back! On our last morning I had accidentally left our rental car keys in the room as well as our hotel keycards as we did not owe anything, and just left them on the dresser. The front desk was so absolutely understanding and had someone let us back into our room within minutes. Thank you again so much, you do not know what a wonderful time we had together.

“Beautiful location and surroundings”

My wife and I took a quick one night trip and loved it! We wished we would have had more time to stay longer. We spent the evening in the jacuzzi and then hoped out and sat by the poolside fireplace. It was a very nice evening. The only negative we had was the surpise of finding out there was a $28.00 parking charge. It would have been nice if Expedia published this information. That aside, it is an awesome property.

We have stayed in just about every 5 star resport in California and this one has been our absolute best experience. With 2 small children they catered to our every needs, the room servce was excellent THE FOOD ACTUALLY CAME HOT!!!

“An excellent place we'll return to again”

The hotel was perfect in almost every respect - it was clean very comfortable and the room was great. A perfect last minute vacation trip for us. We will surely return to this hotel - with hopes of getting the same room again and again. The only things that were less than perfect were the towels - as they were kind of odd, not plush and very stiff/rough. Sounds trivial but that is about all I could complain about.

This was my first time in California, me and my husband were celebrating our 8yr anniversary. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We arrived a few hours earlier than check in and they up graded our room and allowed us to check in early, no extra charge. The room was simply beautiful. The view was amazing and I just truly enjoyed my stay. The only complain I had was the food was over priced but we found a cab driver to take us to nearest store because we decided to not rent a car. Over all this was best trip I have ever been on and we plan to return and stay at The Hilton again.
