staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly. rooms were very clean. the only thing i can complain about is the breakfast and the wifi. the bacon seemed like it was just dunked in a deep fryer 200 slices at a time and just plopped into a tray. the sausage patties were ok, but seemed slightly undercooked. the scrambled eggs were not really all that either, but the biscuits and gravy were not so bad. I was able to connect to wifi on my iphone without providing a password. but after connecting, was unable to connect to anything. i ended up sticking to my 3G. overall a great hotel to stay in, but the breakfast is complimentary with good reason.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the desk clerk that night! Great experience all the way around! I always stay at Holiday Inn Express if possible because they are consistently a good night's stay.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly. Hotel was in good shape, although our room was a bit stuffy because we were on the wrong side of the building. However, the AC worked well, so it wasn't a big problem.

Nice hotel in a good location. Many good restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Staff not terribly friendly but room was clean and well apportioned.

Staff at the desk was very very accommodating. Love the transport thats available for close businesses.
