Location: we were a little disappointed in the location, father to San Diego sights like Sea World than we thought
Great clean hotel, good breakfast, nice room, although small. Location was farther from San Diego sights than we expected it to be. Helpful staff.

Well worth the money

My family and i stayed at this hotel for five days and it was nice. The room was cleaned for use daily,fresh towels,refill on tissue,soap and other items daily . Overall just a great hotel. :-)

Pros: the breakfast and the pool
Cons: room felt a little small
Location: close to different types of food didn't need to drive far with my kids to eat.
I had my children with me and they loved the breakfast in the morning and then would get ready to go to the pool. The pool is small but it was perfect for my children. They enjoyed their stay there and if they are happy mommy is happy. Next time I come to San Diego I will stay here again with my kids.

Pros: plenty of free parking. One complimentary computer/printer access for quests.
Cons: Pressure to reuse towels. The room refrigerator could be colder.
Location: Easy access to highway 805 and 5. Easy drive to many attractions.
The complimentary breakfast was very helpful. One less thing to think about for our day plans. Our family liked the fact hat the hotel is located in a neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Finding a place to eat for lunch or dinner was very easy. We also shopped in the local food stores to stock our in room refrigerator.

Great Hotel For Park Visitors

Pros: Large refrigerator and Microwave.
Cons: Hotel hot tub was not clean and jets did not work.
Location: The area is in a suburban neighborhood with plenty of places to eat around. Safe area.
The hotel was in a convenient location from downtown San Diego. The area around the hotel was not bad at all! The front desk was very helpful and polite. The room was extremely clean and had a very comfortable feel. Even though we were out and about in Sea World and the Zoo we still enjoyed relaxing in our hotel room.

I was very initially impressed by the great and prompt service. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the quality of service and cleanliness was consistent througout. I continued to be impressed in the morning where they serve "real" breakfast - in buffet style - not just toast / bagels.

Close to freeways

Overall positive but would suggest staying at top floor as we had someone strolling all night above our heads . Also non veg breakfast is only available for hot breakfast.
