We enjoyed the hot and pool. We also enjoyed the Wednesday happy hour. The buffet breakfast was okay and same with the staff. It was close to all the activities we did while in San Diego.

I think maybe because is remodeling is a little bit in disorder and another hand looks like want safe money…. The coffee and breakfast personally I don’t like, the people remodeling is around very active all over…

The hotel was very clean, the only issue we had was a plugged bathtub which was fixed by the time we returned to the room. Also they have not updated the website and you must pay for parking, now which is $4usd per day.

The rooms were old and had a smell to them. They are doing Renovations in the future . In my opinion much needed Reno’s .

Love the room - quiet and comfortable, peaceful mind when you step into the room. We stayed three different hotels during our San Diego trip and this one has the best overall experience. Sofa and desk in living room separated from bedroom, provides decent space for work. Hot free breakfast and all day coffee in lobby.

The property itself is beautiful. It’s clean and spacious. While my stay overall was good, I had an issue with the room that was never resolved. I paid extra for a room with a balcony. Turns out I was unable to access the balcony because the door lock to it was broken. The properties maintenance staff were unable to fix it. I then asked that the room rate be lowered to the room rate without a balcony. I spoke to multiple managers and staff and not one of them was willing to lower the rate. I am very disappointed that the Hilton, being such a well known hotel chain, would not do anything to help me with this issue. I don’t see why I had to pay for a room rate when I could not access and use what I paid the extra money for.

I like the location. What I didn't like: 1) gym was too too small 2) the control panel for heater / cooler in my room was confusing to use. I wish there can be a manual or instruction 3) there was a smell in the room, probably due to recent remodeling 4) hallways need better visual guidance and landmarks because all corners and hallways looked the same, which makes people get lost easily 5) the toaster was broken in my room - I wish the staff could have checked it before I moved in

I really enjoyed my stay. Love the location, the cleanliness of the suits is amazing, and the staff friendliness is a great plus. The breakfast was very good. The coffee machine is available 24 hours.
