I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel is within walking distance of Petco Park. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic too!

The facility was clean and well kept. Short walk to a lot of restaurants and entertainment including a very short walk to Petco park.

The main reason I selected this hotel was for the ruff top bar. When I checked in, I was informed it was closed until 4/2. Wish I was notified before booking.

They wouldn’t let us change our room temperature. Our room was simply too hot. We asked for a late checkout and they wanted to charge us a “hefty fine” for an additional 30 minutes.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Sara and Mario were great bartenders and servers. Only upgrade would be to have one or two more during the happy hour times to help with the service of drinks and food being ordered. Really enjoyed our stay!

Not a bad hotel but they were doing very loud construction from 9-5pm - I had tried to rest but it was noisy. They moved me to another room ;after asking if I had tidied up” and the new room was also loud. This should have been disclosed up front honestly. There is also a mandatory $25 “resort fee” per day which wasn’t brought up into I paid. It was kind of misleading. Overall the room was nice and decent location near the stadium. I doubt I’d go back but it could have been worse

There was construction going on from around 0800-1600 daily. It was very loud. I appreciated housekeeping giving fresh towels daily. Comfortable beds.

Beautiful rooms. Very conveniently located near Gaslamp District. Only negative was the noise from the other rooms. We could hear everyone else's TV's until midnight-1am each night.

I guess the system was down- checkin took long and my check in perks such as free breakfast, bottle waters, dining credit was not offered. They did apologize and offer when asked later. Pillows were hard as a rock. When called the front desk for tooth brush, I was instructed to come down to get it… wait in another huge line. Clean facility and nice staff just not very impressed for price- not 4 star quality.

Great personnel on in Reception as well as restaurant. With 9th Floor deck closed, there was no outdoor place to sit and relax. Delicious choices for breakfasts served by very accomodating and efficient staff. Many sights available within 20 minute walks. Spacious room. Unfortunately guests not always neat as evening corridor carpet on occasion needed additional vacuuming. Rated 4.5 stars
