Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage. Schöne Gartenanlage, total gepflegt. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Hotelrestaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert

Took the chance with Expedia gold and got nothing.Posted May 22, 2015
Pros: Location is great
Location: You are right in the harbor area, but it was rainy the day we were there, so that didn't help much
Feel dumb after falling into the trap of discounts when this was the regular price if you go in from the street + the fact they gave nothing for the expedia rewards..

Very nice suite, great view from the balconyPosted May 17, 2015
Pros: Great location, reasonably priced. Very quiet also.
Cons: Parking is very expensive. Should be free for Expedia VIPs.
Got an upgrade to a suite upon arrival. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant on premises and they have nightly entertainment inside, and major entertainers (Tony Bennett, Moody Blues, Michael McDonald, etc) at the outdoor venue.

Honeymoon stayPosted May 15, 2015
Hotel was close to airport but far enough away to enjoy being on a an island. We overall enjoyed our stay. Our toilet leaked at one point and we called the front desk and a handyman arrived within 10-15 minutes. We also ordered room service (the breakfast wasn't that great) and found a glass and the salt n pepper shakers were still there when we arrived back at the hotel later in the day after room service had been there.

Humphreys on Shelter Island San DiegoPosted May 11, 2015
Pros: The restaurant, the entertainment and the fact the hotel was literally across the road from Driscolls boatyard where we were working.
Cons: The room I was in was in need of a little renovation, but it was still comfortable and clean.
Location: Shelter Island has so many differing restaurants and bars and a beautiful walk around the marinas and waterfront.
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great time, the units are older but are clean and comfortable, the staff are courteous and fun. The entertainment at the bar is really good with local and overseas bands almost every night and the restaurant is first class with wait staff always happy and smiling. We had an awesome stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in San Diego.

Fun hotel, helpful staff, tropical landscapingPosted May 11, 2015
Fun hotel with nice tropical landscaping next to harbor. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room we had was large and could easily accommodate the cot we added. The only ding is that the interior of the room needed attention. The blinds were broken. The wood furniture had many nicks, and the carpet was really old and looked dirty.
