Pros: Everything
Cons: I was happy with everything!
Location: Plenty of shops and eating establishments within walking distance.
Great service, great views, and close to the beach. Romantic and classy. Very happy with the Hotel.

A Wonderful Experience

From the moment you arrive it feels special - the valets and the folks at check-in all seem to exude happiness. Seems they genuinely like to be there and it shows! The rooms are all decorated very nicely and the views from the heart of the hotel are beautiful. There is easy access to the beach and other restaurants that are a very short walk away. We will be back!

This is suppose to be a five star hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in while staying at a hotel. The mattress needed replacing.

Not for family with kids

This is an upper class environment that shy on other ethnicities. My kids couldn't enjoy themselves in the pool without people getting upset with the noise. The pool waiter guy ignored us the whole time while catering to everyone else. The rooms are very small for the price you pay.

Staff was incredibly polished and professional. They knew how to make my wife and I special even though we were only there for one night. Great beach hotel. Going back soon.

Lovely Stay!

Spent a week at L'Auberge and had a very nice experience. For the most part the staff was nice and attentive. The atmosphere was very quiet and restful. However, the room does not have black out drapes so sleeping in was a bit difficult. I would defiantly stay there again.

Very, very nice. A feeling you are in a unique structure. Killer views and breezes off the ocean. Room 202/my room was noisy. Staff were in and out of the laundry/pantry next door to me all day. got to listen to the drunks coming home from the local bars as they passed under my balcony. No sleeping with the windows open as the property likes to promote. Overall, a really nice experience though.

Bad Management

Pros: The grounds were gorgeous, but the room was TINY.
The put us in a room that did not have a functioning telephone- and the management did not offer to change rooms, nor anybody came to fix or change the phone. When we came in at 8pm - there was no air conditioning and it took 2 hours to cool. They did not bring the bags for 1 hour and it was 3 rooms from the lobby. The room did not have 2 queens but 2 doubles that we paid for.....

Nice location, but lack of human skills

Location: Nice walking possibilities. pleasant restaurants and cafes.
To much discussing with staff. Could not find my reservation upon arrival even though they called me the day before to sell a room upgrade. Staff in the hall ways didn't greed or even smile. Upon check out the charge me for the room upgrade even though I had declined at check in. When call before arrival I was asked when i would arrive. I mentioned 2 pm and we arrived at 3pm and was informed the room was not ready. When we checked out we were informed that we had to check out at 11am since the next guest was arriving early???? No apologize - no compensations...
