“Great location”
In the Gaslamp District. Could hear street noises from room. Other than that, hotel staff was terrific.
“Omni San Diego”
The hotel location is great restaurants, mall, next to petco and san diego conference center. and parking available all around the hotel. I did a early check in around 6am and late check out 2pm
“Great hotel, great location”
We had a lovely stay at the Omni hotel. We had a sunny corner room on the 19th floor with views straight into Petco Ballpark. It was well-located in the Gaslamp area. We would definitely return to this hotel!
“Nice location & Comfortable Stay”
Nice hotel and good location. If your up for it you can walk anywhere in the gaslamp district from the Omini Hotel. The best part is you can have a great time at The Hardrock across the street or take the family in the morning to breakfast at The Yolk two blocks away. Not many negative other than the hotel only has Starbucks or McKormick & Schmidts (Food & Drink) on the premise. TV's are old school, its about time to upgrade to LCD or Plasma and get rid of the big tube boxes Omni Management.
“Good location”
Great locatio, no car needed. Everythingyou need with in walking distance
“Great hotel, very helpful staff”
I called a few weeks ago to make sure that we got a pull away bed extra bed for our room since there were going to be three of us sleeping in there and we each wanted a bed. The staff said they would leave a note in there but could not guarantee that we got the extra fold away bed. Wasn't too happy that they could not guarantee it. I come to find out when I called at 3pm the day of our check in that they already had the bed in our room for us! That was just one thing. Another was that we needed something brought out of the car that we had valeted, I figured they would call us when they had the car up front so I could run down and get what I needed. They had it brought up to the room instead! Overall it was easy to check in and make the reservation, they had great customer service, and I really liked that we were so close to the Padres stadium and the rest of downtown. A+ hotel stay.
“pleasant stay”
very well located but not on the water, clean hotel , room too small but very clean, we loved it
“Best location in the Gaslamp district at a reasonable price and 5 star service”
Rooms are very contemporary, valet service is 24 hours, staff are very friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location!
“California Vacation”
Other than the small size of the room, we were very satisfied with the Omni Hotel.
“Comfortable”
The staff was very attentive...problems with TV Remote but Hotel is upgrading all rooms with new Tv's and system...close to good eating places, shopping and the ballpark..definitely will return
