My boyfriend and I have stayed for a weekend. Our room was really clean with comfortable new bed. Location of hotel is absolutely nice because it is so close to beach. Many great places to eat are in walking distances. We would love to come back and enjoy our weekends with Ocean breeze.

“Great Stay!”

Came here as a get away for my boyfriend's birthday and loved our stay! We live within 30 miles of the hotel, but wanted to do something different for the weekend, let me tell you the room was awesome! Clean and comfortable! So much so, that on our second night at the hotel, instead of going out we decided to stay in and relax on the comfy bed and watch sports on TV. Front desk staff very friendly, even allowed us to check in about an hour early due to our early arrival. Would definitely stay again!

I loved the hotel. Was excellent considering price point. The only gripe I had was their hot water was not hot enough in shower!

I just went on an overnight trip because my boyfriend had a business meeting in San Diego. I love San Diego and Pacific beach is one of my favorite spots, places, with that being said, I know its difficult to find an affordable, clean, place to stay. PB surfside inn was a wonderful surprise. Not only was it affordable, it was clean and cute. It was small, just a bed, desk and TV, but while being walking distance to bars, restaurats and the beach, a fancy room isn't really necessary for me. This room was a nice and clean place to sleep and shower. I'd definitely come back again.

“Great room close to the beach”

This hotel was recently renovated (within the last year). The rooms were really modern and nice. The pics were all accurate, except that the outside of the hotel has been renovated as well. There were some old pics of the outside of the hotel. The hotel is less than a block from the beach and a 5 minute walk from Garnet. We walked along the boardwalk to get breakfast and shop each day. At times the employees seemed a little lazy, but they may have been understaffed at that moment. The other hotels in the area were the same price, if not more and they were no where near as nice. I used to live in PB and was just back visiting. For the price, you can't beat it.
