“I just became a huge fan!”

Was a little nervous booking since we have never stayed at a Palomar before but it FAR exceeded any expectations. The hotel was BEAUTIFUL, the staff was absolutely top and we loved every single thing about our stay. Beautiful rooftop pool, heated to 80degrees so we could swim at night. Even a bartender and appy's available at poolside. I will DEFINATELY be returning!

“Great Hotel. Will go back for sure!”

This is a great hotel, located right in the heart of downtown. Great restaurants nearby. V helpful staff, friendly. I missed the 5pm wine as I forgot and was kicking myself! Staff were in Halloween makeup as well which was fun.

“Wonderful experience!”

I had only come to lean that this hotel had been newly opened after having checked in. The staff was super courteous and the room was lovely. When I checked in, they made sure I had one off the best rooms available on a higher floor. Then, when I had forgotten my charger for my phone, the front desk attendant said that while they didn't have one available but then offered to load me her own personal charger. Wow! How cool. Later, upon requesting a late checkout (which is normally noon), they offered to let me stay until 3:00! Lounging about the room until the ray afternoon in the comfy animal print bath robes and ordering room service was the perfect end to a great night in San Diego. Oh, and the food is great, too. Don't miss the short rib grilld cheese from the Saltbox restaurant. I'll be staying there again next time I'm in town.

Rooms are small but if just a couple, no kids, it's fine. Service was excellent with personal touches of customer service. Room was modern, clean and well presented. I would expect nothing less considering the cost of the room. The central location in the Gaslamp District in San Diego was well worth it for guests wanting to experience this area.

“AMAZING!”

The valet staff was on top of it. The check in staff were super friendly and helpful. I didn't have to ask for anything. The hotel is beautiful and the bar is chic and modern. Loved it!
