Refreshing escape from busy conventionPosted May 8, 2015
Pros: Design, decoration, owner-attended with an excellent support staff.
Location: Located in an up-and-coming Victorian neighborhood full of renovations, but with many contrasts. I recommend taxis after 9 p.m.
After a long day at a convention, you simply feel like you are arriving at home when you walk into your Suite. Incredibly comfortable living room furniture. Practical design and fully-equipped kitchen. Great bed.

It's a great place to stayPosted Jan 1, 2015 on Hotels
The room was very nice and so was the outside of the building. They put up Christmas lights around the trees and had other decorations. The neighborhood wasn't terrible but it wasn't the greatest. I would stay there again when I go back. It was very nice so only 5 minutes from downtown and many of the attractions.

Nice place to stayPosted Nov 11, 2014
Amazing place to stay and relax not to far from the city centre. Would definitely recommend but you will need to be quick because there's only about 6 suites so you will have to be quick. Can't wait to get back :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Parc Suites.

Great stay Oct 2014Posted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels
Stayed for a week and had a great time. Charge was extra 10 a day for A/C, but didn't need it. They ha 3 fans in the room, and it was cool enough at night. Used UBER to get around which was very convenient and cheaper than taxi. Rooms were clean, finished nicely, an the lady who checked us in gave us lots of tips for places to go. We walked a lot, and mainly stayed to Market street to and from hotel (when not using ÜBER). Great Mexican restaurant around the corner, and Walmart 5 minute walk for groceries. Would stay here again for sure.

Short stay only!Posted Oct 7, 2014 on Hotels
I was there for two weeks. After I made my booking for two weeks in one location, I called Parc and was told that after one week I would have to move to another "identical" unit. I started in #10 which was more than adequate for a short stay for two people - it was too small for a mult-week stay for two people. After a week I was moved to #8 - a ridiculous small unit and definitely not "identical" to #10. #8's bedroom was substantially smaller and if there were two persons, one would be sleeping with the portable floor aircon unit. The sitting area in both units which really is the kitchen was also smaller in #8. In both units there are two bar stools and a high table against the wall. If you sit on the two-seater couch there is no table so I used the stools as tables. Also, be careful about what you pay and compare H.C. price with the Parc website. It is the first time that I didn't do the check and I substantially overpaid. It is better than a one room motel; definitely! It is more than adequate for short stays.

Adorable restored Victorian apartmentPosted Aug 30, 2014 on Hotels
This apartment was small but had character. We had everything we needed inside and outside included the laundry room, a putting green and secure parking. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little apartment in residential areaPosted May 9, 2014 on Hotels
The place was nice and clean, and kitchen was well equipped. There are a lot of benches and couched outside where you can enjoy lunch in the sun, or in the shade next to the putting green :-) Would definitely stay here again if I return to San Diego. Has a big wallmart nearby for shopping. Area seems nice enough, but for walking/biking to city center take market street, the road wallmart is on passes under the freeway where a lot of homeless people stay + the area seems a little off... On market street it was fine. Market street also has bus 3 that takes you to city center and bus 5 that takes you within walking distance of center (get off at CVS).
