“Aviara on New Years Eve”

Stayed there over New Years 2011/2 as part of a large group. Excellent facility, perfect location for relaxing, and the staff were superb. Room was large with a nice balcony overlooking the valley and sea.

“Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Service!”

The Park Hyatt Aviara is gorgeous and the customer service is excellent. We were there with our 3 children (ages 6,4, and 20 months). They each received a toy upon check in and then treat bags upon turn down service later that evening. Upon check in they immediately upgraded us to a room with a partial ocean view- very nice! The food at California Bistro was delicious- especially the lunch buffet. We ate there 3 times during our stay. We ordered room service twice and food was also very good. Price of the meals somewhat steep but comparable to any other luxury hotel. Kids loved the game room. My husband and oldest son played golf one morning and had a wonderful time (although a bit pricey). I was able to spend an hour at the spa and it was amazing as well. Did not get a chance to use the pool although we walked by and it looked very nice. Can't say enough good things about this hotel- we had a wonderful stay and will return!

“Excellent vacation!!”

Park Hyatt Aviara is well maintained. I understand it was purchased from the Four Seasons. The staff was lovely, from the front desk, valet, to the pool. Nothing was a disappointment. When room service neglected to bring an item during lunch, we were greeted that evening with a hand wriiten note from the food & beverage manager and an assortment of boxed cakes. Children are welcomed guests at every turn. My boys (14 &5) enjoyed themselves immensely. I highly recommend this property.

“Great hotel, extremly dedicated staff”

Only valet parking for $30/day. Other than that no complains.

“Perfect”

The staff and hotel were fantastic, particularly since I was worried with the ensuing change to become a Park Hyatt hotel. I thought some things would slip through the crack during a transition like this. But nothing did. Getting to the beach required a drive, but the hotel was great about providing beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and bottles of water.

“I would go back next week if I could. We loved it!”

My Husband and I and three kids stayed at this Hotel for 7 nights and never got tired of it. We were so pleased by the all the employee's from the pool deck to the valet drivers. They had offered services that we didn't know even going into the vacation. I loved the Beach Butler, they took us to the beach and took care of everything. We didn't carry a thing. The only draw back to the whole trip was the surprise bill at the end for storing our car. It was pretty steep price per night and was not noted anywhere that there was a fee.

“Cleanest Hotel”

Great location. Beautiful lobby. Great service provided by the front desk and valet. Our 6 years old son had great fun on the play room. This Hotel is very clean with spacious room and bathroom. Great choice if you want to go to Legoland.

“I felt special.”

I was not a big fan of the family salt water pool. I did love the other adult pool. The cabana service was to die for. The kids club was great. Just check to see what movies they will be watching. The kids get a choice to vote on but, they all voted for the PG 13. My kid is 7. He's mature for his age, but I should of checked. It was our first time having him in a Kids Club. He loved it. We stayed on the 5th floor. #566. AWESOME! The NY steak in the Bistro was yummy. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. The retail stores had some of the cutest clothes. They had the prettiest spa and the nicest amenities. We gave our kid one full day at LegoLand and the next four days it was a joy to hang out at the hotel with the other family with travel with. They had two girls. Listen, this used to be a Four Seasons and it feels the same. It ain't cheap, so save your dollars up and don't look at the price tags. Lovely place.

“Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting”

We had a great time and stayed for 4 days for a conference. The hotel was so lovely we decided to stay an extra day and enjoy their beautiful (heated) pool and surroundings. Bed linens were beautiful, bathroom very nice. Awesome sunset view from the balcony. food in the restaurant is good but very expensive. For the price of the room, parking is too expensive, daily access fee to steam room a little steep, and internet service should be free. Those 3 items add about $63 to the room rate.
