Had to change all rooms for various reasons, one had water drain in bathroom and toilet very slow, second one water dripping from sprinkler on the bed. Very poorly maintained

Pros: Nothing...
Cons: Everything. I think they should shut down for a few months and redo it all..
Stained sheets (took 4 hours to get them replaced) Woke to throw up or some sort of breakfast mess on the front door (They never came to clean it up either) Bathroom sink was stopped up. Dirty towels in bathroom. Things left over in the room from someone's previous stay. Random ppl walked in on breakfast with jugs to fill up on juice.. Staff was nice, but didn't handle business Just all around bad experience.. Aina K

The room we stayed was so terrible and meesy, we were so disappointed, we brought some drinks and like to put them in the refrigerator, I was shot when I open the the refrigerator door, there were some insets laid inside.... Definitely not going back. We have video of these disgusting thing...

Location: mall nearby and concert stadium
This hotel was booked for its proximity to a concert venue in July. The staff was not cordial and insisted that I pay with my credit card even though I had booked already and paid through a travel website back in February. Hotel room smelled of pet odor and there were no towels. Also the bed was gritty when we got into it. Will not stay here again. Parking was also a bit of an issue in the evening.

The Hotel CONDITIONS Are TERRIBLE . There were many thingswrong with the room.. the a/c did not work nor the phone, the room was not cleanned, and they charge a $100 fee in case you cause any damage .. the hotel itself has damage through out.

The worst hotel experience!!

This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The phone was not working, the lamp and alarm clock was not working, the headboard was loose and kept on tilting over, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the faucet stop was not working, the people next to us were yelling and making noise until about 2 am!!! I will never stay at this hotel again!!! Terrible experience!! Don't book with this hotel because you will regret it.

A lot Of coucurachs in the room, cargo elevator! Removed all my stuff of the room and put in a plástic bag and losse a pair of crocs shoes (40 Dlls ) and nobody explain me what happened and paid me for this. I make you a furios claim for this bad experience for my and my family.

Floor soaking wet!

Pros: Free breakfast, though they were out of juice or anything else but coffee
Cons: Everything -- the cleanliness, customer service. Everything in the room was worn out, dirty, or rusty.
Location: It's out of the way from everything and not really convenient to a San Diego visit
The room smelled a little moldy and we found the carport soaking wet by the air conditioner. Then, my husband stepped on a sticky candy on the floor. When I arrived, other people were complaining to the desk person b/c they couldn't find their reservation in the system. So, I didn't even bother asking for a new room. The beds were also terribly uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend.
