Horrible servicePosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: This hotel was overall pretty clean; they also provide free internet as well as tea & coffee.
Cons: The customer service is horrible.
Location: There is literally nothing to do nearby. There are a few fast food restaurants, but that's about it.
It was one of the most displeasing stay of my life. There were no bed frames installed & the bathroom doors were broken. When I called the front desk, the receptionist was clueless about what to do. It was clear that the staff here are seriously undertrained. The hotel is also located next to the freeway, so it's very hard to sleep. Although the price is affordable, try to refrain from staying at this hotel at all cost; find a better hotel with superior customer service.

A bit disappointing hotelPosted Jul 20, 2014
I booked one king bedroom, but the girl who was at the front desk gave me a queen bedroom key. I had to visit her again to change the room, and she gave me another key ensuring that it must be a king bedroom. When I opened the room with all my stuff, I noticed it was another queen bedroom. I had to visit her again and could got the right room; however, I was so exhausted after running up(3F) and down(1F) and moving my luggage from this room to that room. The worst thing was that the wifi was so weak that I couldn't use the internet at my room at all, and it didn't work well even at the lobby. When I complained it to another lady at the front desk next morning, she only told me that they are working to fix it and there's nothing for her to do and there's McDonald across the street. Oh, one more thing! When I asked to change my money to use washing machine, the girl at the front desk told me that they don't have any coins and I should go to the convenient store which was in 10 minutes away to change my money. I gave up doing the laundry because I was already too tired to go to the store after spending about 40 minutes to get the right room due to the girl's repeated mistakes.

The staff was nice but the facilities in the hotel need to be improved.

Looks nicer in the pictures then if does in personPosted Jul 17, 2014
We stayed in the hotel for 3nights but will have to get a different hotel next time. The hotel looks nice when you get their they have plenty of water fountains up front that makes it look nice especially because the water is crystal clear. On our way to our rooms we took the elevator. The elevator is something to look out for. that thing will slam the door shut on you surprisingly out of nowhere. You literally have to force the door open to stop it from closing on you. The other sketchy thing about it is at it has a temporary permanently that is 1-2 years old can't remember exactly how old it is, in which it is displayed in the elevator. getting to our rooms once we open the door you can feel the a rush of heat and humidity rush out the room. It was realy hot! The a/c was turned on at advanced for us even though we booked days at advanced. The good thing is we had plans to just drop off our things and go out. The a/c is a bit small I would say for the room. High ist realy that high and you can't tell the difference between high and low. We left the a/c on and came back a few hours later. The hotel looks like the owner ran out of money and and took short cuts to get decent furniture. Things were falling apart like toilet paper holder, shower curtain bar, doors looked used and patched I think nothing is new in the rooms from start. The pool was realy nice and clean and realy warm. IF YOUR A LIGHT SLEEPER DONT GET HOTEL it is located next to the freeway and is VERY NOISY! !

excellent.......... except for the highwayPosted May 16, 2014
Pros: Great breakfast, nice staff
Cons: Noise from the traffic
Location: BK and KFC right across the street. Also a small strip mall. McDonalds and Cocos about a half a block away, another small mall and a gas station.
Breakfast was great, staff was so nice, the little convenience shop they have had the sunscreen we forgot to get. Across the street is a little shopping center with a BK and a KFC. When I read about the noise I thought big deal, I have a highway is in my front yard at home, I sleep with the windows open sometimes and it is no big deal, I sleep through the night. I don't know if it is just the windows or if the sound comes through the air conditioning units but it literally sounds like the window is open when a loud motorcycle goes by. I got up twice just to check the window. I was awaken 3 or 4 times during the night. Other than the noise I would rate my stay as a 5

Nice hotel close to the borderPosted Apr 1, 2014
The comfotable and the staff was very friendly. The only bad thing is that you can hear all the noise outside. The pool is not heated either. We stayed only one night so it was good.
