Beautiful rooms and groundsPosted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: The room
Cons: Don't call the bar a restaurant. There was no menu on a Saturday evening and food was very limited. Maybe it's different Sunday through Friday.
The recent renovation made the hotel a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The "restaurant" we were told about by the front desk staff was really a bar with a buffet. There was no menu to order from. It was an Italian buffet of pasta as the main dish and not much else. We chose to go to a nearby Coco's instead. The $10.00 breakfast the next morning was a bit better with a larger selection. Overall, a nice stay and I'd go there again.

Great place but was disappointed a bit. Paid for a viewside of the pool but ended up with a no view. Paid extra for nothing.

Is under construction with no amenitiesPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
I booked this over cheaper hotels because of its restaurant, room service, gym, and pool. However, when I arrived nothing was as advertised. It was under construction, noisy, and everything was shut. Completely ruined our romantic trip, but we had no time to go elsewhere. The staff were very rude too - I get that working in a construction site is no fun, but why take it out on guests. They should close the hotel during remodel if they can't be civil at least.

Great decisionPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
My husband and my son stayed at the Radisson because the hotel that my son's hockey team was staying at was sold out. They were so happy they were at a different hotel, the hockey team was constantly complaining about their hotel.

Very clean and it smelled clean. Room was spacious. It was quiet and no disruptions with the renovations going on at the time.

worse hotel stay of my life not kiddingPosted Aug 22, 2013
Cons: spend some time andmoney making this temporary situiton better for the guest
Location: its in abussiness are off the free way and easlily accessable to san diego
The hotel is doing an extensive remodel. Our room was room number 324. Room 323 shares a common wall . The sheet rockers started in room 323 at 8:00 Monday morning. The water never got hot period. The water was not hot or cold almost room temp. The refrigertor bearly put a chill on my food. They gave us tow drink tickets when we arrived. The bsar was a 3 foot portable bar on the other side of a red curtain in the make shift lobby. I asked for a glass of pino noir and they had 1 bottle of red wine and that was a cabe.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The renovation of the guest rooms in 96% finished. The room next to yours was a room that was delayed due to cabling issues and we apologize for the early work start. The restaurant and lobby are under renovation so that is why we have a temporary bar set up in the meeting room. We are glad you enjoyed the free breakfast and cocktails our guests are receiving during the public areas renovation. We invite you to return at the end of September to experience the exciting new ambiance of our lobby, restaurant, fitness center and hotel!

Our stay was very nice. Good sized room. Only issue...the hotel is currently being renovated. But we were gone during the hours they were working so it wasn't too much of an inconvience. Staff was helpful in providing extra towels and gave us complimentary drinks each night we stayed.
