“Interesting neighborhood.”

Bed was comfortable. Desk clerk was friendly. The condition of the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Under construction.

“weekend getaway”

This like many weekend getaways was not designed to be spent in the hotel. The hotel served its purpose in a great location near Sea World and Mission Bay. The pillows were not to my liking. The doors slam in the hotel with significant volume as to think that they would put a hydraulic damper in place. The hotel had irrigation work being done on the property. The place is small. The parking spots are narrow. The rooms were average motor lodge size. The room we were in had bubbling of the paint in the bathroom where it detached from the wall. There was no odor or problems noted related to this. The fridge worked great. The traffic noise was insignificant. The breakfast of things that could be fixed in a toaster suited this trip well. Free WiFi as advertised with a good signal.

“"Quick And To The Point..!"”

showed up at almost midnight. have reservation. the man up front was nice. made sure we had everything we needed. quiet night. no weirdos walking around. next sea world trip id def look into staying here again.

“Simply lovely”

“Nice and Cheap”

I just stayed here last weekend. The hotel was very convenient to alot of fast food resturants and very close to sea world. The rooms were clean. Overall it was great if you are just looking for a cheap clean room. I would go back.

“Just a basic hotel for the budget conscience”

This is just a basic hotel. I found the people at the front desk to be very helpful and proactive. The location is ver convenient to Sea World and the highways to access the other attractions. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom floors. It's not that they were bad, they were just a little grimy probably from using a bucket of water a little to long. I was on a strict budget and I wanted to keep the cost down while maintaining a sense of dignity. Mission accomplished.

“Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!!”

I have never experienced such horrible customer service at a hotel in my life. From my initial check in until it was time to check out, the terrible service continued. I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Sea World. An extended drive time is worth it compared to the unprofessional manner in which my family was treated. Worst hotel ever!
