Guess I Shouldn't Book through Expedia

Pros: The decor and modern design.
Cons: The rules and regulations on wifi and booking rooms.
My best friend and I decided to take a trip to San Diego to relax and get away. The hotel upon first glance is very well kept. The staff was very friendly, but the 2 queen bed reservation we booked was not available upon arrival and there was no mention to even contact the hotel ahead of time to confirm. We were forced to sleep in a room with one king bed and a TERRIBLE rollaway cot. I have never been more uncomfortable in my life. Luckily one of the front desk staff knew this was a problem, upgraded us to a room with a better view and comped our breakfast for the 2 days. Everyone was friendly except for one front desk worker Rhonda who seemed to hate her night job. All in all I probably wouldn't go back to this hotel in the future. But hey, everyone else may feel differently.

Pros: Staff and cleanliness
Cons: Continue with the great work.
Location: Mexican restaurant near by was terrific.
It was a great experience, staff was excellent and room was clean.

We enjoyed our stay--the towels were nice and fluffy! The rooms were well maintained. We did have some difficulty with the Wi-Fi. A suggestion--since there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, put a "stick up" air freshener under the bath vanity. Megan, our hostess in the restaurant every morning, was delightful!
