Great staff, fun bar and so close to transportationPosted Nov 3, 2013
Pros: Bar and transportation
Cons: I couldn't get the water to the right temp. I'd turn the knob and the water pressure would go down or the water would cold, etc. It was complicated.
Location: Great location and the tram would take you anywhere! we never needed to use our car.
Nice hotel. Room was was humid but I like it cold and some don't. I would stay again!!

Great stay for football game at QualcommPosted Oct 28, 2013
Stayed overnight to enjoy late football game. Able to get room early since my plane came in early. Room very clean. Stayed on 11th floor. MTS tram service very close...short walk on overpass. Food a bit pricy but good breakfast.

Nice hotel close to area attractionsPosted Oct 8, 2013
We spent thew weekend here to celebrate my husbands birthday. The service was impeccable and we were very comfortable. The hotel was not particularly full and we were able to dine, swim, and enjoy the amenities virtually to ourselves.

Excellent HospitalityPosted Sep 30, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff
Location: There are several great restaurants to choose from and the hotel is not too far from local attraction sites in San Diego.
My family & I were very pleased about staying at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and staff were exceptionally friendly. The staff also showed concerns about guests safety by making sure that there were no glass containers in the pool area. The pool area was also very clean and beautiful and it provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to the San Diego area.

Pros: Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons: Free wifi would have been nice, and the parking rate was higher than we would have liked.
Nice place, clean rooms. We would stay again. Great location.

Nice and cleanPosted Sep 6, 2013
Location: Beaches, Old Town San Diego (make sure to tour the Whaley House and the Mormon Battalion)
Great hotel, great staff, nice room, clean. Our only problem was it was a very hot weekend, and the A.C. unit simply didn't cool the room, so we sweated all night long. However, when I mentioned it to the clerk upon checkout, she gave us a complimentary breakfast (which was delicious!) so it made up for the discomfort.

Labor Day weekend getawayPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
We loved that the window opened and had a very small balcony. Bed was super comfortable. We had left some things in out room when we ckd out & hotel staff was very nice about sending staff to ck if it was still in room & staff was very prompt in getting back to us ASAP. We were very unhappy w/ the 16 $ a day to park ( ESP when there was a vacant parking lot right next door where we could have parked for free if we would have seen it/ realized that other hotel guest were parking there & then just walking over to hotel!) & the parking spots at the actual hotel were soooooo small, if u don't have a small compact car u will almost not be able to get out of your car after u park ESP when the other guest who have small/compact cars can't seem to stay in their parking lines & make it impossible for anyone else to park ..... Was very annoying when I assume the hotel owners would realize if u are booking a room @ San Diego , you must have plans to actually leave the hotel for a bit and possibly do some sight seeing etc. I think if they are going to charge 16$ for per day for parking ( & this is if u park your own car, not valet) then they should have assigned parking for each guest .
