“San Vincente -- a private pleasure”

What a treasure....it's so good that you want to keep it your own personal secret -- but, really this small hotel deserves tremendous praise. On the weekend we were there, they had a huge wedding party, and served more than 1,000 dinners on Saturday & Sunday nights. The staff never complained and each meal was served exactly as ordered. The rooms were immaculate, and you would have thought you were the only one at the inn! The location is beautiful, the setting is serene, and even though the air temp was only about 62, the pool was delightful -- at about 78 degrees. We will go back!

We were very pleased with our Room which was spacious, a nice big patio the location and the restaurants on the property,,,,,,,,,also the with everyone that worked there,,,,,,,, loved the location ,,,,,,,would stay there again anytime

Loved my stay. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I found the room was clean though the top of the bathroom mirror could use a dusting. The minifridge in the room had to be the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. I enjoy that, as with multiple days I store water and soda. I always use an iron and the shark iron they had was excellent and a part of the room. But most important was the staff. I spoke to them on 4 different occasions and found them to be friendly, and helpful. The staff truly made the stay enjoyable. Also if you can, stay for the breakfast, they average 8-9 dollars, but I received 4 dollars off for each person, for each day, making the price very reasonable, and the breakfast's are fresh and huge! Not a single person in my group of 5 finished the breakfast, and everyone thought the quality of the food was great. Even my kids loved it, and they are picky. I even had occasion to use the pool which I rarely do, and the pool is large and well maintained. I was staying here as it is close to the San Diego Animal Park, less than 15 minutes, and somewhat close to the San Diego Zoo. 30-40 minutes, and even though it initially felt a bit out of the way, in the end I was glad I stayed here, as again the rooms were large, and the staff made it enjoyable

You must have breakfast in the morning for $5 with a breath taking view of the golf courses and this nice relaxing location. Room and ammenities are a nice get away from the busy hussle one could find typically in most southern Cali locations.

“Delightfull--Quiet -Ideal place for a lost week”

Very quiet peacefull area right on the golf course,the room was very niice ,except for the air conditioner which was a little on the noisey side.The room was adjacent to the resturant,which served good food at good prices.Expedia got real good prices on the rooms,so we will be ready to return.

“Very nice facility”

Very nice stay at this hotel attached to a golf course country club. The room was nice and service was good. The restaurant served good meals although at $150 for two, the New Year's Eve dinner was way overpriced. Having said that, we'd stay again.

“Very, Very Nice, Great place to stay again”

Our room had two beds, with beautiful bedding and plenty of pillows. It had a view of the golf course and a small patio for morning coffee. The room had plenty of room and was very clean and very comfortable. We would stay they again. The dining room had a great breakfast in the morning, and the location was great if you are wanting to visit Julian.
