“Above and Beyond a 3-star hotel!!”

We loved everything about the hotel. The beds were divine with four down-filled pillows, a down blanket and a duvet. The coffee service in the room was perfect meaning the coffee was high quality and delicious. All the people at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful and the maid service was impeccable. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in San Diego. I would consider this a 4-star hotel....not a 3-star!!

People with pets, this is the place to stay! The staff is really friendly and there's nobody bothering about your pets. As long as your pet is trained, you should be just fine.

We searched and searched for a nice hotel in a central location. We were extremely pleased with our stay here. Everything we could possibly need was literally across the street. Shops, food, and any other necessity we needed was found across the street. We traveled to downtown and found it to be about a 10 minute drive. Anywhere we thought of visiting was also about a 10-15 min drive. We are planning another trip soon and I will not hesitate to call and book a room here. Again, extremely pleased.

Great place to stay in family, they make you fill like home, the in room complementary chocolat mint cookies are great. you will not be dissapointed.

We stayed there for a night and we liked it. The room was very clean, and the hotel was very close to go anywhere. We had some drinks at the bar too, which we liked. We will definitely come back again.

This hotel is rated a 3 star. It should be at least a 3.5 star hotel. Check-in couln't have been friendlier offering us complimentary bottles of water. The bellhop stressed that if we need or want anything - no matter how minor - to call. He also gave us his card. In the room I was surprise to find plastic cups. But when I called and asked for drinking glasses they not only were amenable and positive about our request, they asked how many we would like and promptly sent them up. This and the decor and other ammenities is why it should be a 3.5 or 4 star hotel.

“nice hotel with great service”

All of the staff was friendly. The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable and very clean. The furnishings were nice and although the bathroom vanity was small, the layout was well-planned. Overall it was a nice, clean hotel with good service and central location.
