Not Impressed, The internet is sucks there in not free.the pool is disaster. There is no shuttle to the Airport
“Great service”
Friendly staff and great service.
“Hotel was fine, but if you're here as a tourist you'll need a car to get anywhere. Not much around.”
The hotel was of a good standard, but some of it is in need of rennovation (especially the bathroom). It's also next to a busy highway so make sure you request a room facing the hills for a quiet night's sleep! Parking was $14/night, which I found expensive given this is not a business or tourist disctrict. Actually you can park for free on the road directly outside of the hotel. I used the bar a couple of times. It was ok, but the drinks were (as usual for a hotel!) overpriced. Overall a comfortable hotel, and a good base for travelling around the tourist sites, most of which are within 20 mins drive - downtown, zoo, beaches, old town.
“Awesome bed!”
I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. The beds are always comfortable, and the rooms are pleasant.
“Better than expected”
Hotel was nice, but not in a great location
“will stay there over and over.”
we were very comfortable and they met all our needs .the spa was nice and the kids really loved it the view of the city was awesome.
“Convience location”
It was ok for a quick trip!
“I will stay again.”
Comfortable room, nice and amiable personal, quiet room, convenient location, good price. I will definitely stay again.
“Comfortable and affordable”
Everything was very good. Suggest that guest services ensure that the previous guest wake up call is deleted from the system prior to the next guests moving in. Exhausted after a long flight and a day of moving my daughter into her new college dorm, we had the surprise of a 5:45am wake up call - no ours. Another day, housekeeping was a no show as we were late getting up. There was no card to hang on the door to request those services. The next day we let the front desk know housekeeping could go to the room. I wish the coffee urn in the lobby could have been available until at least 10am. It was my vacation, truly didn't want to leap out of bed to get coffee, nor have room service knock on the door and wake up my daughter.
“Not impressed with signal lights to get there”
Very stressful to get to the hotel.
