“Quiet Vacation”

Our hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and the exercise room was a plus. The only thing to be improved is that the motel ran out of food during the continental breakfast.

We normally stay in 4 star hotels - The location was easy to find. The front desk was SO friendly and helpful. The hotel tries to keep things up to a nice standard. The room was VERY clean. I was shocked how clean and kept up it was! The beds were pretty comfortable. The neighborhood was kind of industrial, but who cares? The pool was sparkling and heated. Wide bright interior hallways, not creepy at all. Pretty quiet room. Private patio!! GREAT variety for breakfast. All FOUR of us were happy and satisfied following all of the choices we had for breakfast food and drink. The room was small, the bathroom and vanity area were VERY spacious. We simply showed up late, slept, had breakfast at 6:30 a.m., and then left. Would stay there again. GREAT PRICE for a Friday night in Northern San Diego. WOW!!

“Like the Location...It's all about the Location.....”

This hotel was in a nice location. I would recommend to stay there if you dont mine getting away from the beach nightlife then head back to somewhere secluded. It was but a hop and skip away from I-5 with just driving over the interstate highway to get to the beach and the Pier. Very niiiice and clean!!

“Better than expected”

Before booking this hotel I was concerned because of other reviews criticisms of the age and condition. While older, I found it to be clean and well maintained. My room was larger than normal, painted within the last year or so, with newer counters and shower surround. The in room air conditioning was a little noisy and it didn't seem to respond to fan speed adjustments, but it kept the room within a comfortable range. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast, especially the waffles, were better than expected. The grounds are nicely landscaped and maintained, with delightful aromas from the plants. Overall this place is pleasant, and inexpensive for what you get.

“Very friendly service”

Me and my family had a ver great stay the staff was not only friendly but very accommodating to our needs.They need a bigger area for the breakfast that was my only pep peeve that there was only one waffle maker and the line for that was ridiculous and there was no a lot of room to move around if there was three people there in the small room it was tight.

I have stayed in numerous hotels throughoutt the Oceanside area. This hotel is, for the price, the cleanest and most bug free hotel in the area. I have stayed in 3 star hotels and have been devoured by bed bugs. I was so happy to not have this nightmare happen while staying here. Hotel staff was very helpful, and the location of the hotel is excellent.
