Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice , small but very elegant. The only downside is parking, no parking garage , they have valet but they charge too much $45/ night. But overall, our stay there was fantastic. My son and I loved the hotel/ room.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Centrally located. 10 minute walk to the harbor, Gas Lamp district, and Little Italy.

Pleasant experience the moment we arrived. From door service to the pleasant scent in the lobby and friendly staff, it was a great first impression, not to mention a comfy room too.

Lots of construction noise. Pool noise as well. Room looks nice initially but upon being there awhile it's just not up to par with how expensive it was. The elevators were doused in air freshener or perfume which was overwhelming.

Situated in an odd location. No close access to any bars or restaurants. Major construction next to the hotel

Great if the pool was bigger

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Design of lobby, room, shower
Cons: Make the pool a standard pool size for ppl to swim \Make a note on your website that there's construction right next to you. What a rip off
Location: San Diego Downtown ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NEAR BY
We stayed for five days, everything was good until we walked down to see the pool. Literally it's a size of a whirlpool. You can't really swim. Besides the pool, room and restroom were both clean and designed in a modern way. I hope they mentioned about there's construction going on next door, because we woke up everyday around 8am from the noise of the construction, which kind of ruined our holiday mood.
