“Worth the trip”

I did not want to stay in Borrego Springs when we visited Anza Borrego. So I looked for a place close by and was very pleased to find this resort. IT is in a lovely location with all amenities and the hot springs pool was an extra plus. I would highly recommend this if you are in the area.

“Would love to spend more time there”

The Warner Springs Resort was unique. It is rustic but very comfortable. We enjoyed just walking around the grounds. We took a 4-mile hike which we thoroughly enjoyed, but it was a little strenuous - a lot of climbing. It is so peaceful there and the staff was wonderful, especially in the cantina! We will definately go back for some R&R.

Good value for the money. Pet friendly. Great natural setting. Close to state park and hiking trails. Our second time there.

“Next time we'll try the Hotsprings”

Warner Springs Ranch is a wonderful and historic place and we didn't even have time to try the Olympic size pool and hotsprings. I'm looking forward to a next time. It is right next to the Pacific Crest Trail, so hikers stay there when they are passing through.

“Looking for reasons to go back!”

I saw an article in the paper about the wonderful spring wildflower conditions which made me think about heading to Anza Borrego to do some photography. I was worried that I wouldn't find rooms available since it was the Easter holiday break. Looked online and found this hotel. Saw the wonderful rates offered and that rooms were available for the date I needed. I booked the room expecting bare minimum for the great rate I was getting, not worrying too much since I planned to just sleep, then check out and head out to do photography at sunrise the next day. Check in was fast and easy. I drove up to my room and found that the "casita" room I was assigned was a huge, roomy 2 bed with another single bed in a small alcove or "sunroom" to the side. No phone, or TV. The room had a fireplace ($10 charge to use the fireplace - understandable due to the need to clean the fireplace afterward) which made the room even nicer. Warner springs is known for the natural hot springs of the area and this hotel has two huge pools. One is hotter (99 - 104 degrees) the other is cooler (80 degrees) both were wonderful. There is also a spa on the site, which was able to accommodate a same day reservation for a treatment. Friendly staff allowed me to store my laptop computer at the check in desk after I checked out, as I did not want it to sit in my hot car while I was out taking pictures. They also pointed out that I was welcome to come back and use the pools that evening until midnight! Outstanding!

“Well run facility with lots to offer. Good food available and great fioreplace in bedroom.”

We had a great weekend and plan to return. Lots to do with the Pacific Crest trail just minutes from the facility and the Anza Borrego Springs State park a short drive. The resturaunt was excellent and the food was reasonably priced.

“good weekend getaway”

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, and remote place to forget about your cares and woes and relax a bit, then this is the place for you! The hot and cool pools were great at the pool area. Lot's of towels and just a serene soak in the hot pool. My husband even chilled out and relaxed- that's an outstanding achievement! We will return and maybe try horseback riding.

“Comfortable and quite”

My husband and I always enjoy our stays at Warners Springs Ranch. We go out for a mountain bike adventure followed by a nice dinner in their lodge. Great staff. Then a soak in the hot pool and back to the bungalow for a fire - repeat next day!
