Located directly across from where our ship dockedPosted May 20, 2015
Pros: See above.
Cons: If you ask a question from the staff, you immediately get asked to attend a sales presentation.
Location: The Midway is located a short walk from the hotel and there are restaurants seconds away.
Very convenient...we didn't have to get a taxi to get to the hotel. Our room had a balcony from where we could see the bay and all the boats, large and small. The hotel also provided shuttles to get to the airport and to other popular places.

DecentPosted May 19, 2015
Cons: Old tower remodel.
Location: USS Midway
Older hotel, but good price and close to the water and a couple of restaurants. Short walk to the Hyatt Manchester convention facilities. Overall a good stay.

Easy access from Airport and All of San Diego!!Posted May 19, 2015
Location: Easy shuttle from Airport, fun bike rental next door, easy access to the train
Great Location, weird bathroom set up, SLOW drain left us standing in shower water, but the staff was nice and the location of the Hotel is so great it's hard to not recommend this place very high. Careful who you ask for help though as the timeshare people will start pushing you for attending their pitches before you realize you're not talking to the concierge.

Nice Hotel - but location is not goodPosted May 19, 2015
Pros: Clean, good food, comfortable beds, rates.
Cons: PARKING - the pay for parking is simply unrealistic for a family vacation.
Location: Location is not good. Very difficult to find a store or even shopping due to the congestion
Downtown location is very off putting. The traffic and level of congestion is not relaxing. A good hotel for a business stay, but not very conducive to a family vacation - because of the location.

Nice bedPosted May 18, 2015
Staff are awesome. If you want to have a car with you, prepare to lay down $26 to $36 a day for parking at the hotel and no microwave or refrigerator available in any room. For the money there are much better places to stay in San Diego.

Close to public transportation and great views.Posted May 12, 2015
The San Diego trams are a block away.Great for convention transportation. The water front is a cross the street from the lobby entrance. The hotel has a deli with outside dining as well. I had a wonderful hamburger there. The breakfasts are also good.

Nice locationPosted May 11, 2015
Cons: Cleanliness and advertisement of the crib
Hotel was nice overall, a few things could have been better like the cleanliness of the room but it wasn't terrible just a few areas that could have been cleaned better. Also, we asked for a crib (called in advance to verify they have cribs), what they brought us was a pack n play, not a huge deal but a little misleading. The location was great, close to the water, USS Midway, downtown, little italy, etc.

San Diego AnniversayPosted May 10, 2015
Location: Gas Lamp district for dinner and bars Old Town for culture waterfront for good location.
Nice hotel, comfortable. If I rated value for money, given a different city, I would call this expensive. San Diego has gotten very pricey and many hotels in the city were north of 400 a night.

Horrible room servicePosted May 10, 2015
Never had our breakfast what we ordered. Coffee always lukewarm. When called to let them know we were put on hold for over 5 minutes and were never able to talk to anybody
