Our family really enjoyed our stay. First and foremost, the staffs are friendly. Secondly, it is close to shopping areas and other food chains. Lastly, the hotel is very clean. However, we only wish that the internet should be free of charge.

Everything you would expect from a St Regis hotel.
Food at AME was very good and the bar menu had a steak sandwich on it that if it was a religion I would start praying to it.
Gym was a bit small but had everything you would need, pool is a good size and the spa had great service / attention to detail.

Our first choice of hotels whenever we stay in SF is the Taj Campton Place. We like the location of the hotel near Union Square and especially the hotel staff whom we have come to know quite well and treat like family. The location allows us to navigate around the city but using the different modes of transportation available to us. Despite the construction around Union Square, the Campton Place for us, is still an ideal hotel to call home when in SF.

My husband and I wanted a get-away hotel and certainly got it here! Completely relaxing with wonderful views, a coastal walking trail, golf if you want it, fabulous breakfast buffet, stellar bathroom, and super-comfy beds. Sitting on the ocean terrace with a glass of wine or cup of hot chocolate was laid-back and great for people-watching. We didn't want to leave!

We were at the intercontinental for our honeymoon (we had booked it through secret deals, so we had no special VIP option). However, the hotel manager personally introduced himself to us, and from the valet to the reception desk everybody tried to do their best to make our stay unique and unforgettable. They even delivered a bottle of sparkling wine to our room as a present for honeymoon (in our 18 days trip in, only the Intercontinentale and the Aria hotel did something special for our honeymoon).

The Ritz Carlton San Francisco was the most brilliant experience. The Hotel and all of its staff were exceptional. The staff, from the Front Door, to Reception, to Concierge and House Staff, were most professional and courteous and no request was a problem.
We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary and the Hotel had a bottle of Champagne and a Congratulations Card in our room upon our arrival. What a delightful thought. The food in the hotel was beautiful and the complimentary fruit at Reception was excellent.
If we ever get the money saved to visit San Francisco again, we will definitely stay in the Ritz Carlton. In fact, our experience was so good, we will always use the Ritz Carlton Hotel Group when we travel.
