Omni is a beautiful hotel and the room I stayed in was large and well appointed. The fitness center was clean and has nice equipment.
The staff was accommodating and friendly. Every staff member I walked past greeted me, asked if I needed help, or opened a door. It was a lovely experience and a great way to begin and end my very busy work days. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel was fantastic. The entrance, lobby, and restaurant were all very nice. There are only 2 elevators, and they have a long way to travel, so we felt that we waited a significant time for elevators. The room was very comfortable, with amazing mattress, sheets, pillows, and blankets. The shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom was well designed. Overall, we thought the room was great. The view (bay side) was absolutely amazing, and worth the visit on its own. All in all, you won't be disappointed with this hotel.

Everything you would expect from a St Regis hotel.
Food at AME was very good and the bar menu had a steak sandwich on it that if it was a religion I would start praying to it.
Gym was a bit small but had everything you would need, pool is a good size and the spa had great service / attention to detail.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is very close to union square and the Powell street Bart station...very convenient. It is beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be staying in a Kimpton hotel again in the future.
