Room walls are thin. Could hear the crying baby next door as if it were in our room.

Great location

Pros Hotel is in a great spot on fishermans warf. Right behind it is a trolley station. Lots to see and eat in that area. That is also the starting point from where you bike the bridge. Ghirardelli square is a block away. They have a wine tasting around 5 but that gets crowded fast. Cons : parking is $50 dollars a day. But that's how much it is in the whole city. You are better off buying a city pass you can ride the buses and trolleys with it. It's a very busy hotel. Always crowded. Rooms are small nothing special about my stay.

Nice vacation

Hotel is clean and service was great, only issue was pot smoke on neighbor next door. Air circulation was not great. Our room smelled of it and bathroom did not circulate as well. Very minor on a good hotel.

Average hotel

Very disappointed with our stay here. Was looking for luxury but it just felt like any old busy, tacky, commercial hotel. Wish I had chosen a smaller boutique hotel as it was not worth the price.

San Francisco Jewel.

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Everything. It's the only place we stay in San Francisco.
Cons: Lack of room room service menu past 2200hrs, but no big deal. Plan accordingly. Probably shouldn't eat that late anyway!
Location: You're on the pier. Enough said! :-)
This is how all hotels should be operated. Sure, being a boutique hotel lends a few quirks to the experience, but that's why you're staying in a place with character, not a bland, soulless chain.

Nice hotel close to beach and restaurants.

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: Room decoration, style, bed.
Cons: Add a sofa, clean the bedding stuff no smell.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, beach walking, bicycling.
The hotel employees are nice and helpful. The location is good for eating, sight seeing, bicycling. Everything except the comforter has some smell.
