“Wonderfulness at the Wharf with smiles!”

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and pleasant. Centrally located to everything and everyone.The door men greeted us graciously and joyously. Like we were old friends or rich tycoons, (John and Kevin) especially. We were given a room with a fantasic view of Alcatraz Island and it was wonderful. Made us appreciate freedom. The daily social hour was a big success as we met some good friends there. Great atmosphere and attitudes. This was an exemplary hotel and I would highly recommend to anyone on a trip to San Francisco! Make sure you get the bay view rooms though. We are looking for another good reason to return to San Francisco and the Argonaut Hotel at Fisherman's Wharf - a Kimpton Hotel. You have got the place there.

“Argonaut - Spring Break 2009”

My family loved the Argonaut. We had a double queen room w/view of Golden Gate Brigde. While the room was narrow, there was enough room for my husband and 2 kids (11 & 13). The location was perfect, right across the street from the cable cars and Ghiradelli Square. I'm very picky about cleaniness, especially in bathrooms and I was very pleased. Our bathroom was very clean - no mold or dirt anywhere. My only complaint would be that the queen beds were not the standard size queen. I was concerned because my enitre family is very tall. However it all worked out and we were comfortable. I would definitely stay at the Argonaut again. However, if I was planing on a spa visit, I'd choose one of the larger hotels in Union Square. THe Argonaut only offers in-room spa services.

Great location near Fisherman's Wharf. A bit crowded with tourists just around hotel, but perfect location to walk to most interesting areas of San Francisco. Not overwhelmed by hotel itself, but very nice and clean with friendly staff.

We have stay at the Argonaut every time we are in San Fran and we are never disappointed. The old world style and charm of this place can not be matched. Besides the beauty of this place the staff is always helpful, friendly and accommodating. My husband and I always bring our two furry children and here they are treated like family. That is so important to us. We will continue to stay here every time we come to San Fran.

We had an incredible stay at the Argonaut Hotel at Fisherman's Wharf! The hotel service, quality and cleanliness of the room, and location were all awesome. We have done a lot of traveling over the past few months - and this hotel would have to be at the top of the list!

The hotel was extremely accomodating right from our arrival. The hotel is neat, very clean, and has great decor. The free wine tasting each day is a great plus. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in San Francisco.

We enjoyed our stay at the Argonaut in SanFranscio. The hotel staff was very helpful and the rooms very clean. The location was good, you gould walk to several nice restraunts, and the prices were fair. I enjoyed the wine tasting at five o'clock every day.
