Wonderful location!

We loved the location near Fisherman’s Wharf, bus tours and trolley line. Small but very comfortable and quiet room, great bedding. AM coffee and PM wine in lobby.

Close to the Wharf

Posted Aug 2, 2015
Our hotel was perfect for our goal to be close to everything "touristy". We walked Fisherman's Wharf, road bikes across the Golden Gate, went to the beach, took the ferry to tour Alcatraz. It was such a perfect hotel to put you just close enough to all the action. It's only two short blocks from the crowded Wharf. There are hotels closer, but then you truly never get a break from the commotion. This hotel has a fantastic restaurant. The staff were very helpful. Hotel rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. A perfect place to stay!

Great location. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

Posted Aug 2, 2015
Pros: Location. Staff friendliness, desire and ability to help. Hotel cleanliness.
Cons: Large bathroom is good, but needs more counter space around the sink. Also, shower is level with the bathroom floor, which becomes wet and slippery.
Location: Located at Fisherman's Wharf. Lots of transportation and city tours available.
Morning coffee and newspapers in lobby, also cold water with lemon or orange flavoring available all day a nice touch.

가족과 여행하기 좋은 호텔~~

Posted Aug 1, 2015

Location thats all

Old hotel with very little to offer other then location. Not very much in the area as far as good hotels. It lives up to the standard. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We told the people at the desk but all the sad was ok and offered no concession. Overall it was just ok.

Nice hotel for price and location

Posted Jul 29, 2015
I reserved 2 rooms for one night. It was unfortunate that they were on separate floors. Each room was small but with a very comfortable bed. The kids slept well on the sofa bed, but there was no space between the bed and sofa bed when it was open. it was in great walking distance to many activities. The valet parking was less expensive than most hotels downtown. I would stay here again.

Close to Fisherman's wharf Streets rooms are noisy

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: The staff was very nice and said they would switch my room but the place was sold out.
Cons: Not sure
Location: Fisherman's Wharf Cable cars Grocery store Starbucks
The hotel is in a convenient location. Quick walk to Fisherman's Wharf and easy to catch the trolley. If you get a room overlooking the street I would ask for another room not facing north. The street is ridiculously noisy at all hours with traffic and trucks etc. also, they charge $50 a night parking.

Nice hotel close to the Wharf

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: Hotel was within walking distance to many attractions, transportation, and restaurants. Rooms were nice and well maintained.
Cons: Not all rooms have street views. We had a view of a courtyard which was not interesting but it had flowers and plants so it was at least pleasant.
Location: Two blocks from the Wharf but we often walked to attractions like Coit Tower. Lombard St. and some great little restaurants in the neighborhood
My family really enjoyed our stay as hotel staff were always pleasant and helpful. Hotel has average size rooms but were clean. Has a nice lobby where they serve free (and decent) coffee each morning and have a wine service each afternoon. We had some cool evenings so it was nice to sit by the gas fireplace and read while enjoying the wine. The on site Italian restaurant serves a great breakfast and has large sliding windows so we had great breezes even eating indoors. There is a concierge to assist with local activities though we did not use this service. For any future trips this would be my first choice hotel.
