“Ideal Location”

A really nice hotel in a great location. We only had a couple of days to see San Francisco and being located right on Fisherman's Wharf was ideal.. All the staff we encounted were very helpful and the idea of a free wine tasting every evening at 5.00pm was a perfect wind down from a day packed with sightseeing. The bedroom wasn't large and the wardrobe was quite small but otherwise it had everything we needed - including free wifi. We were even told at check in to move any thing out of the fridge to make room for our own stuff and told where the nearby supermarket was to buy supplies. Our room was at the back with no view but after initial dissappointment realised that it was probably the best place to be for peace and quiet when you're right in the centre of a major tourist area.

THE HOTEL HAS A VERY WARM ATMOSPHERE AND INVITES GUESTS FOR COCKTAIL HOUR IN THE LIVING ROOM ATMOSPHERE LOBBY. THE ROOM WAS MODERN EUROPEAN STYLE AND KEPT VERY CLEAN. I WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE TO FISHERMANS WARF, LITTLE ITALY, NEIGHBORHOOD RESTAURANTS, DRUG STORE, GROCERY STORE AND CLOSE TO A BARNES AND NOBLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

I can not belive that in those times a Hotel is so good an custommer related. We are Germans and live in Dubai where we have the biggest concentration of 5 Star Hotels. Every Hotel out of Dubai is mostly a disapointment for us as the standart is always lower. So was The Palace- Sheraton on Market Street last year. JUst by coincedence I booked the Tuscan and I was suppriced how good they were. The Hotel is excellent Managed. It is cozy and profesional. They made us feel good. For me this Hotel is a Promotion for the Best Western Group. When I go back to San Francisco I will always take the Tuscan Best Western and from now on I will check Best Western Hotels where ever I go. I thank the Genetral Manager from this Hotel for doing what her did, he takes his Job serious and the Hotel Guest has nothing to complain!

“Very pleasant great service!”

We arrived late in the evening due to weather conditions coming from Southern Calif. We had no problem with check in. We were not in the room much but to sleep and get ready for the day. I would certainly stay there again and again. Rooms were very comfortable a little small but really how big does a room need to be just to sleep and shower!!

A European style boutique in the middle of Tourist America, with courteous and friendly service and cofortable, if a bit pretentious, decor. Nice amenities; all around good choice.

Lovely hotel, reasonably priced but everything you wanted or needed was available. Very clean and comfortable, lovely staff all very willing to help. Good location on Fisherman's Wharf.

The location on the wharf was great. We were within walking distance of so many sights to see. The hotel restaurant was fabulous. The room was small but very cute and comfortable. The shampoos and lotions were herbal and smelled fantastic as well as felt good when used. they had a blow dryer as I forgot mine. The hotel staff was so very nice and accomodating. I definitely would go back to that hotel. We loved it!
