However, I think our location, value, and service do set us apart from many of the other three-star hotels in San Francisco. Our rooms do not have a safe but we do offer safety deposit boxes for guest use at the front desk (no charge). Hopefuly you can give us a chance after our lobby renovation is complete. Take Care!

Our hotel is a 111 year-old boutique property and the rooms although charming, are small in size (bathrooms are compact). In regard to the property conditions, we are in the middle of our lobby renovation scheduled for completion by early April. We would love for you to try us out again after the common areas are upgraded. True, King George is in the general area but we are much closer, as in just steps from the famous Powell Cable Car Line. Two blocks can make a pretty significant difference in a small sized city like San Francisco. Take care and we hope to see you next time.
