Great place

Pros: all things
Cons: Coffee machine didn't work in lounge area
Location: This hotel is near Chin town, the Business district, Westfield.....
Central to everything, great room, great service. When I couldn't operate the coffee machine, someone came right up to show me. More coffee when needed. Great internet facilities in lounge room.

Nice 4 Day Getaway

Posted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: Location
My boyfriend and I checked in on a Thursday (they were so nice and let us check in almost 3 hours early since our flight was so early in the morning) and we checked out Monday morning. The staff were very friendly from the moment we got in. We had the option to upgrade for an extra $25 but decided against it. We had a room facing Clay St. looking out into the street and right across from Le Meridian. It was perfect except for the couple hours protesters would come out and chant about Le Meridian. It fit us two perfectly. Enough space to get ready, get on the computer, watch TV and sleep. There is a sundeck on the 11th floor that we took advantage of every night where we would go look out into the city and have a couple glasses of wine. Location was perfect. We walked to China Town, Little Italy, Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square and anywhere else that was a little farther we just took Uber for under $20. There is a Starbucks right around the corner so it's great if you love coffee. Great stay and we plan on visiting again!

Nice hotel, some pro's and cons.

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Stayed on a Saturday night winter weekend break in January. In the financial district so not as close to the attractions as other hotels but also not as busy on the street outside. Not a luxury hotel but adequate. One advantage was that I was lucky enough to get one of the places to park on the street outside and it is free until noon Sunday, which saved me ~$30.

Location: Ferry building (shops & restaurants & farmer's market). Embarcadero Center.
It is located right by the Embarcadero center (self parking is there, hourly rates with $34 max/day, which is pretty good for the area). only a few blocks from the ferry building. Free filtered bottles of water, WiFi. Clean.

Nice weekend getaway

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: Our room was very clean and seemed modern. The suites have a mini-kitchen with microwave, cooktop and refrigerator.
Location: This hotel is less than a block from Embarcadero Center shopping. The Ferry Building is a great place, too. Also close to Market St & easy transit.
We choose this hotel for its location: close to where we needed to be, and also close to transit. It is also in a quiet neighborhood and pretty safe to walk around at night. In the morning, we walked to the Ferry Building for breakfast. We upgraded to a suite for a reasonable fee, which gave us a larger room and a small balcony. It was also a small view, but still nice to have. The hotel is somewhat surrounded by taller buildings. The one downside is that there is no parking at the hotel itself, but there are good parking garages within a block. Price of daily parking was typical for San Francisco, and cheaper than a lot of the hotels. There were a lot of amenities that we didn't use or need - this time.

Excellent location, sleek minimal design, good mini kitchen. Not only was there a handy plug for the computer, but there was a dictionary as well. In short, the suite fulfilled both the esthetic and practical needs for a terrific stay.

It had a bed and a shower

Posted Jan 5, 2015
We chose to stay here because the location was convenient and the price was good. On leaving I still feel that the location was convenient and the price was good. But the room was painfully small. So if all you really need is a bed and a shower, then it's worth considering. If you want a nicer experience you should consider looking elsewhere.

Nice Hotel close to Pier 1

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Location is within walking distance to Pier 1. Starbucks is located next door.
Cons: Elevators are lame. Slow and seem to return to bottom floors when trying to go up from one floor to visit a higher floor.
Location: Pier 1 and waterfront nearby.
Easy check-in and check-out process. Hotel is clean and nice with modern decor. Parking is literally around the corner in an enclosed parking garage and is affordable ($34).
