Nice hotel in downtown San Francisco

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Cons: Parking is quite expensive, but that's probably the case with most hotels in downtown San Francisco.
We stayed several nights on our second time at Club Quarters San Francisco. The hotel is clean and efficient, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. There is free espresso and cappuccino, free wifi, free use of some computers, and a good collection of newspapers and magazines. The location is very good for sightseeing and (I imagine) business, a short walk from the Embarcadaro and Chinatown, and slightly longer walk from the Union Square area.

Pros: It was clean, decently priced, and has a great location.
Cons: There weren't may T.V channels to choose from; but I didn't really care as I was there to experience the city and not to watch T.V.
Location: It's really close to the Embarcardero where's there great shopping and food, and it's really close to North beach wheres theres some awesome bars.
This place rocks, when coming back to the city this place will be go to.

Comfy but small

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Cons: Nothing
Location: Right next to the Travelers building, across from the Embarcadero Mall, four blocks from the ferry building.
Everything was as expected...I was just a little taken back by the size of the room as it was smaller than expected. However, the hotel did provide free water and offered late check out for a small fee of $38.00 which helped since I was leaving after the marathon and needed time to relax and shower.

Weekend Stay for SF Marathon

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Location ....location....location. Available bottle water!!
Cons: None
Location: Chinatown and Market Street.
Hotel is in great location for races. Walking distances to shuttles or starting AND finish lines as well as to Chinatown and Market Street. This my 3rd time at the hotel for races, Rock n' Roll SF HM and SF Marathon/HM. Just enough amenities. Free wi-fi. Friendly front office staff, even though now there's check-in/out kiosks. Room service was from restaurant next door. The food was actually very good. Starbuck is just around the corner. For my basic needs, This is my go-to hotel if I return to SF for any races.

Good Stay

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: I wasn't there long enough to see everything the hotel had to offer but I really liked the restaurant, nice people and the food was really good.
Location: There is a million things to do in San Francisco, this hotel is pretty close to the piers so that is something really fun to do.
At first glance I thought my room was quite small, but after I came back and actually got in it I found that I was very comfortable. Everything seemed to be in the right place, the purified water in the hall, along with extra coffee was very thoughtful and convenient. I will definitely stay there again when I go to San Francisco.

Good place to stay near Ferry Building

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Great location; reasonable price; free wi-fi; nice guest lounge; 24 hour gym.
Cons: Room was a bit small with no view, but I booked the cheapest room possible so that was expected.
Location: Great location close to public transportation, Ferry Building, shopping on Market Street, downtown SF, SOMA, Chinatown, etc.
Club Quarters is a nice and reasonably priced place to stay in San Francisco. It is conveniently located in the Financial District of San Francisco, so it is walkable from the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) stop on Market Street for easy access to and from the airport without the need to get a taxi. And the hotel is a couple blocks from the Ferry Building, which is a great place to find great meals (and food of all kinds). Wi-fi at Club Quarters is free. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a 24 hour gym, and the lobby has a great lounge for guests with free coffee and tea, a television, fireplace, computers for internet use, newspapers, etc. All in all a very pleasant stay.
