Great Hotel by The PresidioPosted Feb 28, 2015
Room was a bit dated but very clean, very comfortable and energy conscious. It will be my goto when I visit The Presidio again. If your looking for the Ritz then keep looking but if you are looking for a nice comfortable room you have found it.

the location is not convinientPosted Feb 26, 2015
parking area is too limited. It is far away from many famous attractions. Although the hotel looks old, the room is pretty tidy.

Awesome but limitedPosted Feb 17, 2015
Great stay, front desk help was cordial, small parking lot was the only issue. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great accommodations for SF prices. The only downside was the lack of parking (10 spots for 30 plus rooms) I ended up parking on the street and woke up to my car missing. It ended up being stolen. Great stay, bad luck.

Comfortable, clean and pleasant locationPosted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable, pleasant location. Room facilities met all my needs.
Cons: 'Continental breakfast' is the standard for most US motels i.e. coffee and juice from dispensers and box of bakeries - sometimes not enough of latter.
Location: Presidio Park, waterfront, and good shopping/eating in Chestnut and Union Street all within 5 minutes walk.
This was the ideal location away from the tacky tourist areas of the centre and Fisherman's Wharf areas. My commitments were walking distance away in the pleasant streets below Pacific Heights. Presidio Park and waterfront are also within walking distance. Good public transport links connect to the rest of the city. Motel layout gives secure off-street parking if you have a hire car. This hotel is right near the approach to the Golden Gate Bridge.

ParkingPosted Jan 11, 2015
The hotel location was nice and it's right next to presido park. My only compliant is the parking, it's very limited.

Ratio price and qualityPosted Jan 5, 2015
I chose this hotel because it is ideally located. Golden Gate (10 min by the 28th bus) or on foot on park of 40 minutes. Nearby Starbucks, and is a lot of good cafes on Chestnut street. Fesherman's warf in 30 minutes of walking through other wonderful park. I recommend big grocery store Safeway. To the city and from the city I reached by the 30th trolleybus. Hotel modest, pure. Without delicacy. Everything works!

Sanitary but not really nicePosted Dec 20, 2014
The hotel is running by an Indian family, the wife is nice , but the host not. Inconvenient for no laundry, which should be taken into account when you are planning to stay here for more than three days

Simple inexpensive hotel hear PresidioPosted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: The water and air filters are a nice touch.
Nothing fancy or large, but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the location is great so close to the Presidio and unlike most of the other Lombard tourist motels, this one is away from the traffic noise.
