Old, no value for money

Posted Jan 29, 2015
The room has no fridge, bad lights .. And no ocean view but that could be cause I was given a room on third floor. Broken vendor machines on different floors that take money Nd give nothing .,,

Good experience overall. The only issue I encountered was that it took a long time for the the toilet to fill up with water after each flush.

Decent Hotel near airport

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: close to the bay walking trail.
Cons: As stated above a good deep cleaning and improvement to the food and attitude of staff in the restaraunt
Location: was there for a conference did not get to leave the hotel for fun activites.
The staff was always cheerful and helpful. The floors/carpet in the entire hotel seemed very dirty. Did not want to walk around without shoes. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom seemed stained and dirty. Restaurant was very overpriced for the quality of the food. The staff in the restaurant came across as if they did not want to be there consequently the service was poor.

Rundown and dilapidated hotel next to the 101. While the freeway noise was loud and kept our family up at night, it was the horrifying sewage odor permeating the entire hotel that was the most offensive element during our 3 night stay. The odor was so offensive that it was headache inducing on at least one of the days during our stay. Would not return to this hotel not would I ever recommend to anyone else.

Great Work Hotel

I was in town for a workshop so spent little time at the hotel but when there it was comfortable and quiet considering the location near the airport. Room was clean and staff very friendly.

Nice hotel, close to the airport

Posted Jan 19, 2015
It was a nice hotel that was near the convention I went to. I didn't use the facilities but they had a restaurant/bar, pool, and gym. Even though it was near the airport, they soundproofed it so that it didn't bother me or my mother.

OK room for a quick solution while between flights

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Nothing special. Room was tired looking but clean. Served its purpose as an in-between flight solution. Shuttle service was EXCELLENT.

Out for a family matter...

Posted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: Check in was fast and efficient.
Cons: Most of the room doors were dirty/scuffed. Looked worn and not necessarily kept up.
Stayed in Room 606; clean and neat, but LOTS of road noise. (Overlooks the freeway.) The café left a fair amount of room for improvement. The cheese burger was OK, but a bit underdone. A 'local craft brew' was $8 for a 12 ounce can*! (*Not explained on the menu.) The breakfast buffet (~$14) had scrambled eggs, hash browns- COLD!, bacon/sausage and French toast. I thought about ordering eggs off the menu (~$12-18) but then I saw that the servers were picking things (hash browns, fruit, etc.) from the buffet line to fill the custom order. Coffee was tepid and lacked flavour.
