“Comfortable”

It was quiet, comfortable and close to the airport. I met with several friends and we were able to visit in the public areas without being disturbed. The cafe and bar offered meals at reasonable prices. This hotel is less than 2 miles from the airport and the ran every 20 minutes. It is a distance to the city's tourist attractions by public transportation but easy access to the highway if you are driving. I didn't have an opportunity to explore the immediate neighborhood but as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and secure.

“Great for Overnight”

We always enjoy staying at this hotel for when we fly overseas. Staff are very helpful and the food in the restaurant very good.

“Crowne Plaza Experience”

Great experience! Hotel lobby was nicely remodeled. Customer service at the front desk was excellent. Extremely friendly employees. Complimentary newspapers. Upper floors were being remodeled at the time of visit. Indoor heated pool and spa are great. Nice flat screen tv in room. Only complaint was remote for TV as it didn’t seam to work properly. Location of hotel seem kind of secluded. Overall great experience. Would recommend.

“Great Location and good price”

Hotel has free shuttle service to the airport. The reason for my 4 stars in service is that hotel is charging $18.00 per day for the parking. I would rather look for a hotel with free parking and pay $ 18.00 more in room price. Anything over $ 5.00 per day when you are staying in a hotel is too much. Otherwise hotel is very good.

“Very decent hotel”

This was our first stay in San Francisco. We came for our very first 49ers game. Although we were only in the room to sleep because of our full schedule, it was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a decent distance from candle stick park and getting to and from the hotel was very easy. We would stay there again.

“Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, good location for airport”

Got in late and had to leave early! But it was a delightful short stay. The restaurant there was delish. The room was very comfy and very clean. No airport noise in my room!!

“Very Cute Retro Decor”

We were on a 15 hour layover from Oahu to Cleveland. I chose the Crowne Plaza because the price was excellant and they had a free airport shuttle. Very cute! I liked the retro decor. Very clean too. The bathroom in our room was spotless. I wish the city had something as nice for the price by the Wharf.

“Good quality airport hotel”

The Crowne-Plaza SFO is in an area on the bay surrounded by other hotels. It is a standard Crowne-Plaza with quite decent rooms (although they are a little small), a decent restaurant, pleasant ambiance. We've never had any problems there, although we prefer the Crowne Plaza in Foster City, next to San Mateo, which has larger rooms. All in all, they are both nice places to stay. Recommended.
