The staff were very friendly and helpful! I'm just really disappointed with the overall image of the hotel. My husband and I use to love staying here. The furniture and pool needs a lot of remodeling. The interior design of the room is old and the furniture was chipped badly. I felt the room was very overpriced for the overall actual image of the place.

Pros: Great area to walk and run for exercise
Cons: Better rate to park at the hotel
It was comfortable and close to the airport. There is a lot of food to eat near the hotel, but you need to eat early enough. Majority of the restaurants close at 10PM..

Horrible experience!Posted Jul 22, 2014
Bed was the worst I've ever slept on and I travel a lot! Sheets were like plastic...so uncomfortable! Electricity went out for hours...had to shave in the dark for a wedding! Management wasn't apologetic at all!

Hotel close to the SF airportPosted Jun 30, 2014
Hotel was close to the freeway and convenient to our semiar. Was unaware of the 18.00 parking fee for use of their own parking lot. There was a weird smell in the hallway on the 9th floor. Room was nice, didn't like the glow in the dark bed frame and beds were hard and mine leaned when you got close the the edge. Staff was friendly and helpful and free breakfast was nice.

Great stay! Treated like a king!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Rooms, staff, proximity to the airport.
Cons: The breakfast buffet could have been a little fresher but we came in late.
I was very impressed with my recent stay! I was in a position where I needed to have a meeting with 4 others and was granted a late checkout that worked with my schedule. I believe they went way above the call of duty on this one for me and I WILL return in the future!

Keep Looking...not worth the moneyPosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: area and safety.
Cons: customer service and condition of rented units.
I arrived to the front desk where 3 agents did not even pick up there heads to greet me and I was the only person standing there. While I was getting checked in a young man goes up to one of the agents and jokingly asks her to translate something in spanish and laughs as she replies you know I don't speak spanish. Then the two agents start talking in their language. That's just rude. Anyway got to the room and spots of the popcorn ceiling was gone and the wallpaper had begun to peel away from the wall, in addition it was a handicap unit. We asked to move units and though they seemed hesitant they moved us next door which had the same issues! we gave up and decided to stay in the unit. Our key's kept expiring and when we couldn't enter the parking gate and pressed the button to be let in the guy said to just come by the front desk, no apology?? The second time we came back after a long night to the door and the key didn't work, yet still no apology?? The lack of service and condition of unit was very dissapointing.

Just a close to the airport hotelPosted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: closeness to airport and friendly staff.
We were able to get there early evening which allowed us to return our car early and use the hotel shuttle to get back to the hotel and to the airport in the morning, It is a hotel with upgrades being completed so it was not quite to the standards of other Crown Plaza's I have used this year. But the staff was terrific and the food good. Location was convenient.

Decent hotel and restaurant. Close to ball park.Posted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: Close to airport and quiet
Location: Five field baseball park next door, walk to water and watching of planes. Nothing else within walking distance of any importance.
Quiet despite being close to airport. Nice ball park to walk around next to hotel. Good hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner to be served. Good shuttle, on time and leaves every 30 minutes. Friendly staff.

Rooms were very run down.Posted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: Proximity to my corporate HQ.
Cons: Shuttle schedule, food choices ( room service )
Location: SFO airport area (Burlingame) & San Mateo (just south) are beautiful. Highly recommend Kincaid's for dinner; get there before 7p to avoid waiting.
Stay at the Holiday Inn Express( especially, the Redwood City location ) instead. Skip the breakfast. It's a joke, as is their free( never available when you need it shuttle).

Never againPosted Jun 11, 2014
I stayed in this hotel one night. After a long flight you want to have some rest but the noise kept me up. Eventually I had to take sleeping pills. Don't recommend this hotel to anybody.
