Staff very accomadating, cafe como a nice touch for easy and close dining. food was excellent and also service.

I read some horror stories on yelp about this hotel and I must say that they were all WRONG. Granted, this is not the Ritz however; I thought the hotel looked very nice, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was was top notch. Anytime we needed a thing, it was taken care of asap. I would recommended this hotel to anyone!

moderate rate, you might think is a cheap hotel, but in fact is an old hotel with big renovations, staff friendly and qualified, rooms great( no A/C but it was november so we didn't need it). great hotel for his price, is 5 blocks away from the piers and ghiradelli square.

“stay here!”

The hotel room is small, nothing like other hotels in America, however for the price and location, it was great. This hotel was a short walk to Fisherman's Warf, Gheridelli, and 2-3 blocks away from the best restaurant I have ever been to (The house of prime rib). The staff were amazing and the receptionist was so helpful with helping us find our way around and finding restaurants. Stay here!

“Wonderful stay”

The pool was adorable. Bed was very comfy, the pillows were AMAZING. Our room was very clean, we heard no noise from the street and were in walking distance of some great restaurants and things to do. Parking was easy and pretty good price compared to the other parking lots we parked in in SF! The hotel staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant had great food (but the free breakfast was kind of lame!)

I felt I paid a lot of money for my room and my family was so impress. Ver luxurious place to stay. I recommend it to everyone looking for a place to stay in SAn FRancisco and its accessible to all the scenic views of San Francisco. Five star rating

Overall excellent. I would suggest each floor have ice and vending machines.
