Looks ok from the outsidePosted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Room faced pool in interior courtyard and was a corner room with two windows.
Cons: Owners need to perform needed repairs and replace moldy shower curtains!
Location: Not far from Whole Foods and Barnes and Noble and Safeway, but you still need to drive to get to these.
Quite a bit of mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, toilet seat was broken, bathroom sink had 2 temperatures, cold and scalding. Staff was unable to give me a receipt upon check-out and explained it had something to do with a deal with Expedia.

Passable- met our needsPosted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Quiet, clean, and nice looking pool
Cons: Room temperature on check in, and TV that works.
Location: This is an "off the main path" hotel...great if you want relaxing get away. Nothing nearby that we noticed as a "must see or eat" type experience.
As we were simply going to doctors (no vacation), this hotel was fine for us. 2 negatives were the room was VERY HOT when we came in & Air Conditioner was a few hours to cool the room. The TV was not working, and seems clerks did not have any ideas to resolve it. Pool looked great, and wish we had time for it. Room was clean, and beds were fine-slept well. Location was do-able, but still a little off the main highways...added travel time to San Jose and heading back to SF. Better for vacation than business- or our case- running to doctors.

Location: Laundry mat across the street
I was unable to extend the stay. It was good location for my family at a good price.

Terrible room and bedPosted Jul 19, 2015
The bathroom above us leaked water on me as I was in the bathroom, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable with springs pocking my back.

Quiet & ComfortablePosted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: Microwave and refrigerator, wide screen tv and a very comfortable King size bed.
Cons: The manager's attitude. And we still don't know why they needed to photocopy our driver's license and credit card.
Location: Stanford Hospital.
The desk clerks insisted on photocopying our credit card and driver's license, saying unless they photo copied them, we couldn't stay in the motel. We told them we were concerned because credit card fraud is rampant in this country, but they assured us the photo copy would be destroyed after they inspected our room and were satisfied that no damage had been done. The manager's attitude was adversarial. Not a good way to start a relationship, however, the room was large and comfortable and the hotel itself is set back off the street so it was quiet.

Short, easy drive to Stanford Hospital and U.Posted Jul 8, 2015
Television receiver on floor & you must be on one side of bed to change channels. Needs longer cord. This sucks. Shower faucet handle almost fell off, no stopper in sink, broken stopper in tub. Good value if room price is cheap and you can tolerate the above. Is quiet due to being set back from busy avenue.

I guess you get what you pay for.Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: The swimming pool.
Cons: Cleanliness and breakfast selection.
Location: Fast food restaurants are close by- a Target, Marshall's, & Chucky Cheese are also.
Due to my mother having to visit Stanford Hospital, I made reservations at this hotel as it was down El Camino from the Hospital and the room rate good. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. In trying to speak with the maid service staff however, they spoke no English which was hard just trying to get towels from them, to accommodate the 4 people I registered for. The room itself was okay, comfortable but could use a better deep cleaning. The bathroom, we had a concern for possibly mold forming on the wall which I told the manager about. The positive for this hotel was the swimming pool. Very clean and refreshing after a long day of sitting and waiting at the hospital. Breakfast selection could be a little better. A juice machine was in the room but after trying to get some, was told it didn't work. Not sure how long it had been broke.

Cons: Front desk people who want to be there, needs whole overhaul.
Location: Location was why we picked this hotel, that was the only good part
This could be one of the worst places we have ever stayed. Arrived in the evening and air was off, must have been 90 degrees. A hole was in wall. Poor maids had to do laundry and therefore couldn't keep up. The lady at front desk obviously did NOT want to be there. Lost power on one wall, did not realize and phones did not charge😠. Would like to know what qualifies as workout room! Horrible. Also hardly should qualify as breakfast. We are not picky people, but this was bad
