This motel is dirty, the stairs unsafe and staff totally unhelpful! There are better places in the area to stay!

Do estacionamento.

Room smell so bad. Carpet need to be replaced, so dirty. Breakfast is just coffee, pastries and bananas. No breakfast setting area, You have to take it in your room or stand up at the reception Hotel staff was nice. Location is good.

Hotel in San FranciscoPosted May 28, 2015
Pros: Location was reasonable.
Cons: A lot could be improved. Please see my comments above.
Location: Good restaurants and proximity to Golden Gate Bridge.
The experience was disappointing. We have stayed at other Days Inn hotels but this one by far was the most disappointing one. The breakfast was just a few bananas and a dry looking piece of pastry. There was no one to replenish the items, when the stock runs out. There is no room to sit down and have breakfast. It would be better that they do not advertise free breakfast as this is misleading information. The hotel staff can not be bothered as there is no one sitting at the check in. No one answers the phone. The bed sheets are not replaced daily even when requested. Days Inn chain should seriously consider if they want to continue to keep it under their banner. We had booked this hotel hoping that it would be similar to other Days Inn where we had stayed.

Very clean, good valuePosted May 27, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, location, comfort
Cons: There is a window for key drop of, but when you pass the key through the window it comes back to you.
Location: Ward, union square.
I was looking for something on Lombard specifically and found the Days Inn to be the best price, something under $140. The check in staff was friendly, the check out lady where I dropped the key seemed irritated, but I had a very clean and comfortable room. I felt safe too which is important.
