“Satisfaction”

This hotel was perfect for my fiance and I! We had a one bedroom queen sized room and it was very clean, comfortable, and decent sized. I wanted to stay in the neighborhood because on previous visits I've found that this area has great public transportation, a good night scene, and it has great places to eat. I've stayed in other hotels in the same neighborhood that aren't bad, but this one has been the best so far.

“What a bargain!”

Some of the reviews for this hotel made me a little worried about our stay. This hotel was fantastic! We had a great room, comfortable bed. Super clean. Flat screen tv, coffee maker, microwave AND fridge. You will not find anything in this price range in the Fisherman's Wharf area with quality like this!

“Great hotel for the price”

I was very surprised at the condition of this Days Inn. First off, the Manager was very pleasant and kind. The details in the room I was impressed with was the flat screen tv, the new digital heater/air conditioner. The crown molding in the room and new bathroom sink and skylight in the bathroom. It was obvious that the owners take very good care of this hotel. The only short coming, is as with most hotels in San Francisco, is the narrow and tight parking. But there's nothing the hotel can do about that. I would definately stay there again next year when it's time to bring my daughter home from college. The location is terrific! The Marina district offers lots of good places to eat, get coffee, even drug stores within walking distance. I loved the convenience.

“Cant be beat for the price/location/quality”

It isnt the Hilton, but thats fine by me. The rooms were quaint, and very clean. The free parking feels safe due to its courtyard location, and was very useful. There isn't really a breakfast, but who wants to eat hotel waffles when there is the entirety of SF to explore for food?! The location was great, with quick access to the bus system for transportation to the beach, Haight-Ashbury, the Wharf, anything really. Plenty of food and walking on Lombard at night felt decently safe. Would certainly stay there again considering its more than reasonable prices! Stayed with my girlfriend, we are both 22 years old if that means anything to you.

“san francisco”

The Hotel is undergoing redecoration at the moment and the results are great. The location is ideal for seeing San Francisco, and easy to find, located very well for local cafes and shops

“Recent renovations make this a great hotel...”

We were slightly apprehensive due to the previous reviews about this hotel, but our fears were unfounded. Our room was recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. The free parking was a definite asset, and we enjoyed our stay. If I were to come back to San Francisco, I would stay here again. You can't beat the value or the location. Fisherman's Wharf is a short drive (park at the Holiday Inn Express on North Point and Taylor), and there is a Thai Food restaurant next door, and an IHOP just a block away. It worked out well for us.

“Handy for my needs”

Am only somewhat familiar with San Francisco so the location was easy for me to find and get to and from where I needed to go. My stay was pleasant. My only concern was making the turn into the driveway approach; it was kinda tight with traffic pushing behind me and cars parked on both sides of the entrance. Overall, here is where I'd stay again. The room rate was within my budget and I appreciated that when many other places charged much more and had some poor reviews.
