Hotel on the main drag.

Pros: It did surprisingly have a microwave, refrigerator and I think a HD TV.
Cons: The shower head and flow certainly could have been updated. There was lack of towels, no tissues, no iron or ironing board nor hair dryer in the room
Location: El Camino Real - It is near cemeteries, shops, stores and restaurants.
I was disappointed and appalled at management. The person who handled our transaction I don't think even had a title. The manager wasn't there throughout our stay. There was no greeting. The office was heavily protected. It took a long time to check in. He was very skeptical even though my booking was authentic. Checking out wasn't appealing either. I think there was a language barrier. The ice making machine was on the brink. The guy threw up his hands and couldn't come up with an explanation or when it would be fixed.

It was a nice trip. The room was a lil claustraphobic but tidy. the shower is tiny with bits of mold but its nt a big deal unless ur a clean freak

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: No shampoo
I'm in my twenties and have used this hotel twice as a base of operations while visiting the San Francisco area. I've been pleased with the affordability and general cleanliness. The staff is helpful as well. This a great place for travelers on a budget seeking no-frills accommodations.

Beware; They charged me full price

This place got the worst customer service that i ever seen. I booked the room the same day. 30 minutes later i call in to cancel my reservation. They would not let me and they demanded to charge me full price. Beaware; if you looking to cancel the reservation. They will charge you full price.

They charged me an excess premium over the rate that Expedia charged me and put it through my Visa card without my permission or signature. There was no soap in the room. The air conditioner did not work and it smelled of curry.

The overinflated rate was a price gauging joke. This motel was a dump. Exposed wiring, stained doormats, rotting wood. My standards are pretty low but this was a new low for me. Cancelled reservation on arrival.
