Great airport location

This hotel was an awesome experience. We only stayed one night before boarding our cruise. The staff were excellent in professionalism and friendliness. The food in the restaurant was great value for the dollar. There is not a bad thing we can say about this facility. Really enjoyed our one night here.

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Very comfy beds, nice pillows. Very clean rooms and easy access to airport. Always love Doubletrees and this one is no exception.

Nice hotel by the bay Very clean , Very courteous staff The room keys did not function But we had another one so no worries I would definetly stay another time For this hotel being close to train station and airport I did not hear anything

Close to the airport

Pros: Modern, clean, convenient.
Cons: Beds were way to soft for us, could not get a pleasant sleep. Need to have some firmer beds, at least on some rooms.
Stayed the might before our flight. Excellent hotel, with free shuttle to the airport.

Front desk not polite

Front desk not polite, loves to argue with guest. Doesn't know timing for airport shuttle bus. Shuttle bus drivers not clear about Hilton at Burlingame nor Hilton North. Is NOT Hilton that I know for years.

Hotel was nice. Very comfortable beds- but small. Walls were paper thin. You could even hear alarm clock going off in the room next to us at 3:50 am. Also you could hear all of the planes all night. Staff wS friendly and rooms were clean.
