Pleasant green atrium, good business tripPosted May 24, 2015
Cons: Service in the actual restaurant (lunch/dinner) was terribly slow, as if the one wait-person was doing some other job backstage at the same time.
hotel was chosen by conference I attended, and worked out fine. Reasonably good breakfast, as I've come to expect from Embassy Suites, and a nicer room than at others in the franchise. Food at the group business-dinner was very good.

Nice Hotel near the airportPosted May 18, 2015
Pros: Nice complimentary happy hour! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding!
Cons: Soundproofing the rooms! Especially the front.
Location: It was near the airport, but a complementary shuttle to downtown SF and back made touring downtown easy.
We requested room away from the elevators and ice machine on an upper floor. We got a room just across from the elevators, on the 4th of 10 floors. When I asked about a room change, I was told that the "expedia rooms" are by the elevator and the hotel was full. Needless to say it was noisy!

It's a ok hotel but not all thatPosted May 18, 2015
The hotel is nice and clean the reception staff is not all that great and also the charges on my credit card took like 4 to 5 days to be release if you pay in cash at the front desk ...so the hotel is not all that and too expensive for their rooms

Had a fantastic 2week stay.Posted May 17, 2015
Great experience. The staff at the bar and restaurant are great. They make you feel at home. Great free breakfast 7 days a week. These folks work hard. Embassy suites is not a true luxury hotel although you do get bang for your buck.

Great option just outside the cityPosted May 2, 2015
Pros: Location, spacious suites, buffet breakfast
Cons: thicker mattress for the pull out sofa bed
Location: near the airport and about a 10 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. Close to the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatrez, Fishermans Wharf, etc.
The hotel was convenient to the airport, and also downtown San Francisco. It was nice to have a great option that was much less expensive than staying downtown. I have stayed in Embassy Suites several times. The spacious suites are perfect for 3 females traveling together who all need our own separate places to sleep! We also really appreciate and enjoy the incredible buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would also stay here again should I get back to the San Francisco area...way on the other coast!!
