“Extraordinary Hotel Experience”

Our recent stay at the Embassy Suites San Francisco-Burlingame was a very exceptional and extraordinary experience. The accommodations and room service were above standards. The top of the benefits package was the breakfast serving, and pleasant surroundings with staff. We will make certain that on the next pleasure trip we undertake we will definitely be booking with the Embassy Suites folks. Thank you all for your warm and caring service. You made us think we were special, and made our visit to San Francisco an everlasting joy filled memory. A special "Thank You" to Danny at the front desk. He was instrumental in providing us with directions and documents during our travel.

Useful room set up. Great complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Easy to use (and complimentary) business services.

The Embassy Suites Hotel was extraordinary! I was delighted with the service. The room was lovely, faced the water and was extremely private. The atrium in the center of the hotel was beautiful and relaxing. Happy hour was enjoyable and the hotel offered quick efficient room service.

“Comfortable and quiet”

The rooms are off balconies surrounding the atrium. I was worried about the noise from kids, but it was actually very quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was great, except there isn't enough seating for the complementary breakfast in the atrium and my husband and I had to make a few laps before we got a table. Also, the signs aren't very big, so quite a few people didn't know that you have to use your room key to access the upper floors. We figured it out pretty quickly, but one woman we talked to stood in the elevator a while before someone helped her.

“Nice”

Very nice rooms. There was a children's party going on at the pool all day, so we couldn't use those facilities which was kind of a bummer.

“Amazing Hotel”

I must say that the Embassy Suites have to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is huge, the rooms are big and have everything you could imagen, incredible views of the bay and the San Francisco skyline depending on the side of the hotel your staying in. The restaurant in the hotel is a little expensive, which is to be expected for a 4 star hotel, price aside they offer some great steaks.

“Quality Comfort”

My four kids and I spent the night at this hotel prior to our flight. The accomodations, service and comfort of this hotel were very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Embassy Suites in conjunction with Expedia are extremely complimentary. Have booked several weekend trips with them and will continue!

“Really Impressed”

The Embassy Suites in Burlingame is defintely a gem in the hotel industry. Conveniently located to SFO and major highways travel is a snap. The hotel itself is located on the bay and the views are wonderful. There is also a paved walk along the bay of the shore which we used for morning walks. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but we had trouble regulating the room temperature. The service is first class and if you choose to eat at the hotels restaurant, The Ring, it is comparatively priced to other upscale restaurants in the area. The free breakfast in the morning is well worth the wait and the manager's reception at night should be added to your "must attend" list. You can bet we will be staying here in our future trips to the San Francisco area.
