Very clean, but

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: Quiet, Clean, parking was easy.
Cons: Size of bathrooms HOT WATER would be greatly appreciated Working Real HIGH Speed Internet !!!!!!!!
The beds was comfy and the room was clean . The bathrooms are terribly small and be careful the bath tubs are super slippery. I stayed for 4 nights on business and 2 of those days my shower was luke warm. :-(, that's not a great way to start your day. The have no mini bar but they do have a fridge and a microwave. Lastly, The internet is unbelievably pitiful, it is almost dial up speed. Don't expect to be able to work online

Used to be a quite, comfortable location!

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Suites & location
Cons: Turn the dining room back into a dining room. Offer a "true" H H level exclusive to those only who pay the premium price, away from the rest.
Location: Walk/job along bayside to local outdoors areas.
Now that the dining room has been converted into a rental F&B facility, the noise from the event, including amplified voices and music bounces right into the rooms. I could hear the words of the songs, it was so loud. After sharing my disappointment with the front office manager, there was nothing but an apology and the notification that the music stops at 11 p.m. It appears if you have kids who you let roam free in the halls, eat up all the snacks on the premium level, and the craziness at morning breakfasts, this is your place. It is a shame because the suite setup is perfect. It was a luxury to have a little balcony for fresh air. The doors are now locked and can only open 3 inches. If they turn the dining room back into a real dining room, with good food selections, I (and I'm sure many others) will return.

Excellent service and ambiance. Great for a weekend in SF if you don't want to pay parking and have free breakfast. This one save you time and money.

$26 a day for parking is very expensive

Posted Apr 27, 2015
I would recommend this hotel with the exception of the $26 a day parking fee.

Definitely a top notch hotel.

Posted Apr 25, 2015
I stayed here 2 consecutive weekends in a row on separate occasions. The first weekend I stayed I was not charged for parking, nor told I would be. The next weekend I stayed, upon checking out at the front desk a woman told me I'd be charged 2 nights of parking at a $22 a night rate. I explained that it was not disclosed the week prior to, nor upon checking in. She said she could waive only one, which was ok I guess. Just thought you might want to make that clear for future reference. Overall, still a very good hotel.

Nice hotel very close by to the airport

Posted Apr 11, 2015
We decided to stay at the hotel near the airport because of the time we flew in- very late. They were out of 2 queen beds which I reserved while back but gave us 2 rooms right next to each other at the same price which we were very pleased. Very nice room with ref and microwave. Awesome breakfast which was included in a very nice atmosphere. Also nice view of the bay- our first view of CA! We were willing to travel 14 miles to SF from the hotel for 2 days. One of the best hotels I've stayed in on my road trip from SF to SD.

Good location, small for families, ok breakfast

Posted Apr 11, 2015
All in all, adequate place for a one night stay. Checking was fast. We booked for 6 people. The suite had two double beds and a sofa bed. Not sure how a family of 6 can comfortably sleep after a long flight. Queen beds would have been nice. breakfast was ok. Overly crowded with a long line. Staff was nice and accommodating.
