A visit here is like coming home. I love the way I'm treated. Wonderful views. Access to great restaurants or a house Limo to take you further out.will return.

Awesome stay

Pros: Staff and room
Cons: 24 hour room service!
The hotel and staff are amazing. I was upgraded to a 2 room suit without even asking! Only negatives are no room service after 10 pm and hard to find a taxi due to location.

Pros: Size of the rooms, breakfast included plus wine and cheese hour, location, staff..
Cons: Car Service was offered but hard to access
Location: Fisherman's Wharf, Hyde Street pier, Cable Car turnaround, Maritime museum, Beach, Chocolate shop, Pier 39, Sea Lions...
For those traveling with kids this is a great place. The rooms are so spacious for a hotel with a mini kitchen, multiple bathrooms and the perfect location to go to the Wharf, Hyde Street Pier, The Cable Car, of course the chocolate shop and numbers places to eat.

Pros: View, location, cleanliness, room layout and staff was amazing.
Cons: The hotel could use a bar and restaurant. Also $25 delivery charge for room service is ridiculous.
Staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and room layout was great. Room service charge of $25 and valet charge of $55 was a bit steep in my opinion.

Great Hotel to stay

Couldn't be better. We have a family of 5 and the in house car can accommodate up to 6 which is excellence for us. Room is clean. Washer with dryer provided is great. Receptionist is very informative so are the butlers there. Overall our stay there has been great and our kids enjoyed it to the fullest.

Nice hotel / Poor customer service

Very nice hotel. The entrance is very hard to find. Staff that helped us was not helpful and not as friendly as I would expected for this price range hotels. They didn't offer bell service until I asked also when I asked for a room at different level, staff told us that she's going to check but didn't get back to us. When we went downstairs to ask, she looks like she forgot..... Other than the service provided we are very happy with our stay. The room is beautiful and clean.
