Hotel staff are amazing. Ask for really early check in because if my father in law's funeral and they were so accommodating and nice. The hotel is very nice and clean. Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Pros: cleanliness
Commuted to downtown SF by Bart for 5 days very convenient. BART stations smelled of urine and other unpleasant stuff.

Not a well run hotel

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Cons: Stuff didn't work, like the air conditioning system, and the plug in the sink.
Poor attention to detail; no follow up by front desk staff

Basic hotel close to airport

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: location, met basic needs.
Cons: Bedding, room freshness,
Location: Very close to the airport. Locked by roads. Had a tough time finding somewhere to walk/run but found a trail right before leaving.
Room was fine but smelled a little old and bedding and bed sheets seemed old, cotton was balled, some stains and just generally crumpled looking and not appealing for a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was good but nothing special

Not Nice at all !

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Book the hotel through Expedia at $243 per night which is expensive for this type of hotel. Hotel receptionist booked me in room 332 which does not have internet access. I called few time for assistant.... nothing happen. then the operator said that nothing she can do ! I asked to change my room, they said " no room available". I am a Gold member of SPG. This is not a type of service that I expected.

Prepare to park in a tight spot

Posted Jul 15, 2014
The parking was an issue & the spots were tight & limited. Also, the entrance was odd. But room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was kind & helpful.

Not able to connect in the room WIFI

Posted May 27, 2014
Room was not ready yet when we arrived the hotel. Waited for 45 minutes at the lobby until the staff told us that we will be upgraded to a loft since the room is not available. WIFI in the room is not working. Called the internet support abd they created ticket for the issue. Internet issue was not fixed until we checked out.

Bad end to hectic day

Posted May 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
First, the room we reserved (2 queen beds) was not available. Offered a King suite with a pullout sofa bed. We unloaded our luggage and returned rental car to airport. Got hotel shuttle back to Four Points and arrived about 11:15 p.m. Pulled out the sofa bed. No linens on the bed. Checked the room and there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. Called desk. Said she couldn't bring the linens to the room for a half hour or longer. She was the only one there. I dressed and went back down. We also needed another set of towels. She handed me everything but only 1 pillow. She said she had no other extra pillows. When I got back to room, the linens turned out to be 6 pillow cases and NO sheets!!! It was after midnight and we had to be up at 4. Went back down to desk. By this time, I was too upset to sleep. We paid $179 for the night in this room to get some rest before spending the next whole day traveling. $179 a night, and I had to make my own bed after going downstairs (from 3rd floor) twice! Not much I could do at that hour and the room had already been charged. Will NEVER stay at a Sheraton Four Points again for sure. May never use Hotels.com again either. Not a bargain!!
