Tablet missing!

Location: airport
I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton for 3 nights. Some of the hotel staff are friendly and some are very unhappy workers. On our third night, both keys stopped working and it was an inconvenience to go to lobby but the staff that helped me did not speak a word. Asked me for my room #, fixed my key and walked away with no smile or anything, as if I inconvenienced her. The worst part of my experience is that I lost my tablet. It was in my room, in the suitcase and now it's missing. I filed a claim and spoke with the managers there but they told me I had to go to the police and file a report. Don't ever stay here or if you do, don't have any valuables in the room.

Hotel staff are amazing. Ask for really early check in because if my father in law's funeral and they were so accommodating and nice. The hotel is very nice and clean. Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Commuted to downtown SF by Bart for 5 days very convenient. BART stations smelled of urine and other unpleasant stuff.

Basic hotel close to airport

Pros: location, met basic needs.
Cons: Bedding, room freshness,
Location: Very close to the airport. Locked by roads. Had a tough time finding somewhere to walk/run but found a trail right before leaving.
Room was fine but smelled a little old and bedding and bed sheets seemed old, cotton was balled, some stains and just generally crumpled looking and not appealing for a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was good but nothing special

Book the hotel through Expedia at $243 per night which is expensive for this type of hotel. Hotel receptionist booked me in room 332 which does not have internet access. I called few time for assistant.... nothing happen. then the operator said that nothing she can do ! I asked to change my room, they said " no room available". I am a Gold member of SPG. This is not a type of service that I expected.

The parking was an issue & the spots were tight & limited. Also, the entrance was odd. But room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was kind & helpful.

This is a nice hotel. Staff was great and my room was clean. I will stay here again when I have to travel to San Francisco again.
